New Vine Video from "TheAshesOf"

I don't know how to link Vines. :(
But it's up. Basically a paper blowing in the wind, pan over to
a man's face (I can't recognize it...kind of looks like Wink
but...).
A woman in a red dress pulling out of a parking spot while a man
in a black hoodie stands beside the car.

From what I can see, it's either Wink or Icarus. Leaning more
towards Icarus cause of the jaw line.

I think the man we see after the paper is Icarus. Like Merv
said, it's his jaw line. Also, a big tip off is his glasses.
Wink has thicker frames. But I don't know who he's watching or
the girl in the car. I also wonder if there's anything important
on that piece of paper.

May not be relevant but the woman in the car appears to be
wearing a red shirt and grey pants. I don't see a dress.

It's Icarus. And we aren't necessarily watching this from his
viewpoint. He might be the one being watched, if he's the guy in
the hoodie.

Maybe the woman driving is Veronica? Maybe the man in the
hoodie is Archie? One of the Archies?

Upon closer inspection, I can also see how it could also be a
man in a red tanktop and jeans, Eye wonder if it's Fire? When
the arm is tucked in while the car backs up, you can maybe see
long hair (though it could be a shadow inside the car), and the
arm looks sort of thicker in the upper tricep in a feminine way,
when the arm extends as the car turns backwards out of the
parking space, it looks a bit more muscular and spindly in a
more masculine-looking way.
Either way, the Icarus's next thing is only a few weeks away,
and we'll have GTA V to occupy us until the next Ashes video!
EDIT: When the arm inside the car spins the wheel, you can see a
bit of possibly flesh-colored area below the triceps, which is
why I thought a tank-top.
