Just gonna leave this here and marvel about how glad I am that
my Sarcophagus is still being used. So glad it didn't break in
the match. But my thoughts are that if CHIKARA is *Rebooting*
this will be the new Ophidian? maybe? I have no real idea its
just a thought.

Kobald is freaking out on twitter. I think he wanted 'Phiddy to
stay dead.

I just saw the tweet, but at Anniversrio he was moaning and
crying saying he was dead. told him Ophidian would be back in
about a month.... Guess I was right lol.
but you may have a point with the new Ophidian be a Technico???
who knows.

I'm embarrassed, I tweeted a pic of the plastic Black Lantern
ring promotional item I got back during The Blackest Night on my
other account, thinking I was being clever. I assumed an undead
'Phiddy would be the result... But THAT looks more like a White
Lantern Ophidian.
There might be that weird modified Amasis mask under that hood
(damn conspiracy mindset! Now I wanna watch UTH and look for
CLOOZ!!!).
And the Watchmen implications (if they continue) are disturbing:
What if Rorschach was resurrected?

that's Amasis doing the voiceover in the video, and he says he
"stripped Ophidian of the evil that possessed him."
That to me sounds like we could be getting tecnicOphidian back.
Although as we all know, in wrestling, Chikara especially,
nothing can be taken at face value. Definitely watching this
story with great interest.

I think all the think all the things Wink said to Ophidian
during Season 10 got to him. We can’t forget all the little
ideas that Wink put into his head, like saying that he wasn’t as
good as Hieracon or Amasis and talking about how they didn’t
vote for him the 12 Large Summit. Wink revealed Ophidian’s
weakness/insecurity, which allowed the Serpent Spirit to take
over his body, mind, and soul.
If taking off the mask equals taking the soul, then it would
make sense that he released him. Essentially, Amasis took the
evil soul/spirit off of him.
