If I can remember correctly the post show hinted that UMB gave a
fake eye of tyr to Sinn Bodhi, so now the Devious One should
have the original Eye with him.

No. He freed Delirious with it, that's when Delirious snapped
and said "I remember everything!" He smashed the Eye on the
ground and ran off. He would resurface later, posting those
crazy blogs, allying himself with the Batiri, and promising to
make Mantis' life hell for 2 years.
The Eye, or at least pieces of it, were show after Under the
Hood being recovered by...someone. Titor? Dr. Cube's minions?

I have a feeling that the K is for Kaiju if the eye is involved

Correct.
I mistook the one at the end of High Noon with the extra from
Under the Hood.

I'm not a Norse myth expert (where is Mjölnir?), but I know
those are references to Odin and the runes (a magical alphabet).
Odin received them after sacrificing is eye and hanging from the
tree Yggdrasil. He's the hanged man. He'e enlightened - and all
knowing.
The rune Tiwaz looks like a spear and represents the God Tyr,
who people have speculated is represented by Kingston.
One person the "All Father", running a two man con. I think he's
talking about Wink and Conrad Vavassaur - There's been talk they
are one person pretending to be two people.
The second tweet - I'm not sure who the all is... any thoughts?

The secondo tweet seems just in-character rudo answer, related
to Tursas background as a mythological norse monster.
The first one seems a mythological reference too, since I've
read somewhere that while he was hanged on Yggdrasil, the runes
where revealed from the tree itself to Odin, that's why the
reference to the two man conversation.
Also, the All-Father is just one of Odin's names, according at
least to the comic version of him.
