Deceased found floating in the Ohio River by a Tugboat operator,
50ft. from shoreline. He was a possible jumper off what is known
as the "Purple People Bridge" in Cincinnati, OH. A citizen
reported seeing a black male jump in the days prior 5-12-03.

Possible jumper off what's known as the "Purple People Bridge"
in Cincinnati, OH (citizen reported seeing a black male jump in
the days prior 5-12-03).
The Newport Southbank Bridge, popularly known as the Purple
People Bridge, stretches 2,670 feet over the Ohio River,
connecting Newport, Kentucky to downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
