Storm Lake Police still searching for answers in 23-year-old
"Baby Doe" cold case

STORM LAKE, Iowa — Storm Lake Police are appealing to the public
for help solving a 23-year-old cold case.
On this day in 1993, officers found a dead baby inside an
abandoned trailer house.
Investigators determined the infant wasn't stillborn, but had
been left in the trailer to die.
The child's parents have never been identified and she was
buried as "Baby Doe."
Storm Lake Police are asking anyone who knows anything about
this case to get in touch with them and close this long-cold
case.
