       This woman was found inside of an abandoned building at 4114
       Lancaster Ave in West Philadelphia. She was wearing multiple
       layers of clothing. Residents of the neighborhood knew her by
       sight only. They state she was possibly mentally ill and/or an
       alcoholic, she would walk up and down the street with a bottle
       in her hand talking to herself.
