       On May 6, 2000, the badly decomposed remains of this racially
       mixed female were found in the East Hudson River near 96th St.
       A Fire Department boat brought the body ashore at the 60th
       Street heliport in New York City, NY.
       The cause of death has not been determined and her weight is
       unknown due to bloating.
       Features such as nose, size of lips, eyes color and ears are the
       estimations of the artist to complete the image and should not
       be used as a significant marker for identification.

       Located on May 6, 2000 in New York City, New York.
       Estimated Date of Death: In the water for six months to a year.
       State of Remains: Decomposed
       Vital Statistics
       Estimated age: 13-16 years old
       Approximate Height and Weight: 5'6"
       Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair. She had a racial
       make up of one race, in this case White, but there was
       sufficient of what is referred to as "add mixture" to denote
       another group of origin. In her case, it is either Hispanic or
       possible Native.
       Clothing: Clothing articles found on the body were a t-shirt
       with Skunkjam on the front and Perfect Thyroid on the back, she
       was also wearing dark cargo pants. A navy-blue bra and
       blue-paisley patterned boxers were also found on the victim.
       Skunkjams Production produces a host of Ska music. Perfect
       Thyroid is a Ska band that plays in the PA, NY and NJ areas.
       They have played in NYC and surrounding areas for most of their
       jobs. The T shirt was made by Skunkjam Productions advertising
       what could be any one of several concerts given by Perfect
       Thyroid in the NY area.

       This is an artistic reconstruction of the New York City 2000

       Jane was discovered in the East River near 57th street on May
       6th, 2000 in New York City, New York. She was deceased for
       several month before her remains were found and her body was at
       an advanced state of decomposition due to being in the water.
       She is believed to be between the ages of 12 and 18. She was
       about 5'6 and weighed approximately 140-150 pounds. Her hair and
       eye color could not be determined. She was wearing a band
       t-shirt for "Perfect Thyroid", a band that frequently played in
       the tri-state area. Her cause of death is undetermined and Jane
       remains unidentified.
