The body was found 3 miles northeast of Odessa, DE in an
overgrown field, on state property known as the William J.
Baxter Memorial Park. Her body had been in the field for
approximately three months.

Skeletal findings
All remains recovered except the hyoid, C7 vertebra, carpals,
tarsals, and the majority of metacarpals, metatarsals, and
phalanges of both hands and both feet.
Per Dr. Marcella Sorg; "The remains are those of an adult. The
spheno-occipital synchondrosis is fused. Tooth wear is minimal,
with no dentin exposure. Cranial suture closure has commenced,
but most sutures are open, with a composite score of 6 for the
vault sites and 1 for the lateral-anterior sites, suggesting an
age range of 20 to 45. The mandibular third molars are
unerupted, but the crown is well developed as well as the root.
The root tips are not well visualized in the NAMUS dental
radiograph images, however the roots appear to be mostly or
totally developed. Age at death is estimated at 20 to 45."

Following consultation with OCME staff, examination of the skull
and study of forensic anthropology/forensic odontology reports,
forensic artist Michael McNicholas has prepared a new forensic
art interpretation of NamUs UP 2212. As we approach the 20-year
mark in this unsolved case, McNicholas sketch is the third
facial likeness. New image prepared 12-29-12
