BALTIMORE JANE DOE: WF, 24-30, found in Baltimore, MD - 16 June

Subject found in alley behind the above address on the evening
of 6/15/1987 and died the following day at South Baltimore
General Hospital (now Harbor Hospital Center). She had been in
a car with someone else who left her at the above address and
drove off.

The victim was found topless in an alley behind 4809 Pennington
Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland on the evening June 16, 1987. She
had been riding in a car with an unidentified person who dropped
her off at said address and drove off.
On October 29, 2017, a man with the first name of "Curtis Lee"
told Carl Koppleman he believes the unidentified person is his
mother, Rhonda Jones. His sister confirmed she had a tattoo of a
turtle.
Physical characteristics
She had short auburn hair and grey eyes.
She had scars from needle marks on the left side of her neck
and a scar above her pubic area.
She had a tattoo of a turtle and the name "Curtis Lee" on her
upper left buttock.

UPDATE 29-Oct-2017: We may have another ID of a 1980's case. A
man whose first and middle names are Curtis Lee contacted the
Never Forget Me Facebook page to say he believes that this Jane
Doe is his mother. His mother, whose name is Rhonda Jones, went
to Baltimore in 1987, and was never seen by her family again.
Curtis has never stopped looking for her, nor did Rhonda's
sister, who was only 13 years old when she last saw Rhonda.
The sister has verified that Rhonda did have a turtle tattoo.
