Decedent was found in an advanced state of decomposition
partially wrapped in a garbage bag in a landfill. The hand and
feet were bound with duct tape. It is possible decedent was
dumped in a landfill by an out-of-state garbage truck from
Maryland. Interval between death & discovery, several days to
two weeks.
