Jane Doe's remains were found **** along Interstate 10 at the
149 marker in Sneads, Florida on December 20, 1984. The victim
had a tattoo of a Multicolored butterfly or bee on her left
breast, a red flower resembling a pansy on her left shoulder and
a possible tulip leaf in the center of her chest.

identification if initials were present).
