The victim was discovered on December 24, 2009 in Miami Beach,
Miami-Dade County, Florida
Estimated Date of Death: Less than 1 day prior

Approximate Height and Weight: 6'8" - 6'9"; 325-345 lbs.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown hair; brown eyes. Lower
legs and ankles are hairless.

sneakers.

The victim was pulled from the water off 17th Street in Miami
Beach, Florida. There were no obvious signs of trauma.
