The remains were recovered near the Nonconnah Creek and the
Rivergate Road bridge, Memphis, TN.
A worker cleaning trash from the bridge saw the body draped over
a tree about 100 yards from the creek bank.

Reconstruction of Victim by Wesley Neville
Unidentified Black or Hispanic Male
The victim was discovered on September 19, 2002 in Memphis,
Shelby County, Tennessee.
Estimated time of death: Between 2 weeks and 2 months.
Decomposed Remains
Vital Statistics
Estimated age: 35 - 45 years old
Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0"
Skeletal Findings: Includes a fracture of the left forearm and a
neck and lower back injury.
Clothing: Body found with white ankle socks or footsies.
Jewelry: An "African" type necklace, made of wooden beads, with
wooden cross and had a Band-Aid wrapped around the clasp.
Dentals: Available. Deteriorating teeth including broken crowns
of the upper incisors. Tooth 3 has both occlusal and distal
restorations.
