       The Dominion

       [This thread will give basic history of the Dominion, as well as
       major NPCs involved]
       The Dominion:
       The nation known as the Dominion itself was founded by Hackel
       Warfield, currently a nation of small 'encampments' based around
       four major fortress-cities; Miana, Damascus, Steeltide, and
       Haven. The capital Miana is the hub of all Dominion power, and
       is the most heavily guarded location on the planet; massive
       cannons line it's thick metal walls, and the Dominion army is
       primarily based in it. Miana also acts as a bastion of hope for
       the people who live under Dominion protection, where both
       civilian and military technology has heavily surpassed that of
       all but Robotnik, whom they trail closely behind. Along with the
       Dominion's industrialization, however, is a strict natural
       resource defense policy; all electricity in the cities is
       provided by renewable resources, and some data banks hold record
       of extreme fines for even just cutting trees down without proper
       permitting.
       Dominion Culture:
       Although there is an unmistakable military presence in everyday
       life for people living in Dominion cities or towns, this does
       not mean it is forceful on them. The Dominion's internal affairs
       revolve around the Serral Council, who's members are voted on
       regularly and meet in the Aukuras Spire of Miana to discuss
       things of worry from the public. Because of this, there is
       actually very little control enforced over things such as
       business, although the Serral Council will still step in at
       times when civilian rights are threatened or brought into
       question.
       Because of the fact that the Dominion is consistent of many
       different demographics, there is bountiful diversity in cultural
       influences and many languages are spoken on a regular basis.
       Although this had led to some confusion as to what the 'primary'
       language spoken is, the majority of Dominion citizens speak
       English as either a first or second language.
       The Dominion Army:
       The Dominion's armed forces consist of four divisions; the
       Troopers, the Armored, the Skybound, and the Red Sentinels.
       The Troopers make up the bulk of the Dominion's army, fitted
       with custom composite armor and shields. The weapons they wield
       vary, but primarily consists of heavy compact rifles and
       shotguns. The act as both the front line defenders and the
       enforcers of the law.
       The Armored is a small division of tank teams, each a part of a
       particular tank class. The classes are Breakers, Grinders,
       Shields, and Walkers; when working together they can level an
       entire city within a matter of moments.
       The Skybound are made up of the Dominion's pilots, commanding
       sophisticated helicopters and prototype aircraft. Among the
       prototypes they fly is a flying construct referred to as the
       Longboat, a massive warship lined with weapons batteries.
       The Red Sentinels make up an elite forces division, consisting
       of the best of the best from each of the other divisions. They
       report directly to the Harbinger, and wield equipment such as
       railguns and specialized ammunition; they are the epitome of
       myrmidons.
       Dominion NPCs:
       Armond - The Dominion's most loyal soldier, he is a shadow of
       his former self. His legs were long ago replaced by a
       spider-walker, his right arm replaced with one of the first
       augmentations, and his digestive tract completely replaced by an
       advanced life support system. Due to his towering stature and
       dedication to the Dominion, he has earned nicknames such as
       'Tower' and 'The Mechanical Man'.
       Cyrus - The lead Dominion weapons engineer, this guy loves
       nothing more than to blow stuff up. He personally designed more
       than half of the Dominion's vehicles, and is the main advocate
       of the Longboat and project 'TEXAS'. If you need a new way to
       destroy something, he is your best friend.
       Rend - One of the Dominion's finest minds, he is a bandit
       reformed and returned to scientific background after he
       encountered Hackel. He dearly hopes to make up for his past
       crimes by being a driving force behind advanced medicine. He
       spent several years working alongside Ajax, learning medicine
       and designing augmentations.
