Darkenlight stared at the glass for a while before taking it.
He nodded his thanks to Aria before drinking the milk. The
young phoenix yawned, embers flying out as the warm milk did
it's work. Soon Darkenlight was out like a light, softly
snoring.

Ajax looked at Darkenlight, disappointed with his actions. "This
guy ain't worth the trouble he's causing right now," he muttered
under his breath before leaving the room. Why did he have to be
such a stubborn fool? This isn't what he remembered from his
dreams... A lot of things he didn't remember.

Darkenlight would awake about fifteen minutes later. He felt
tension in the air, faint but he felt it.
[color=mediumvioletred]Why is there tension? Furthermore, what
was that thing earlier? Perhaps this isn't the Ajax...I know.
he thought as he got up. Darkenlight looked around for Bulb and
the piano, wanting to play that melody again.

The piano was in the same place, and Bulb was perched atop it,
the same little droid he remembered. Ajax was napping on the
couch, so it was just the two of them, staring at each other in
a confusing manner before the bot stepped on one of the piano's
keys; the first note that Darkenlight was remembering. Soon,
Bulb was tapping away at the keys, and the melody had started.

Darkenlight smiled and went over to the piano. He tapped a few
notes, adding to the melody. The tension he had felt was gone,
replaced by the sweetness of good memories.

Quickly the sound of the piano filled the air, even causing
Ajax's ears to twitch as the two continued on with their melody.
One note, two notes, they all fell into place in the same way
that they had in Darkenlight's memory. Eventually, Bulb was even
werring and beeping in rythym with their playing.

Darkenlight had started to gently flap his wings to the beat,
swaying to it too. He kept playing, really enjoying it.

Ajax's ears twitched more, and eventually he woke up,
recognizing the tune; the same one they played in his dreams.
For a moment he simply laid there, listening to them; he didn't
want to stop the two, the duo of robot and phoenix.

Darkenlight continued to play until he felt tired. He sat down
on the floor, smiling at Bulb as he hadn't noticed Ajax being
awake.

"Finished so soon?" Ajax spoke quietly, but loud enough to be
heard as he saw the phoenix sit down, Bulb giving off a few
happy beeps before tucking his legs under like a small turtle
retreating into its shell. Ajax smirked slightly; yeah, that was
definitely the phoenix he remembered.
