That pop... Ajax knew that sound well. Then another, and the
shriek... He rushed to Darkenlight and stepped in front of him.
"Hey hey, calm down! You're gonna hurt yourself!" He looked at
the phoenix's limp leg and wing, wincing; he could see where the
bone had disconnected. "Sheesh mate, you just dislocated your
joints! Stop moving, you're only going to make the pain
worse!.." Why were people always like this. They get hurt, and
rather than just lay down and take a moment to think, they
always rush off and hurt themselves more...

Darkenlight forced himself up, his eyes locked with Ajax. "Get
me out of here...." he harshly whispered. His instincts were
telling him not to trust this lynx but something else told him
to trust him.
Thankful for the light keeping the group's attention away from
him.

Madness couldn't help but laugh at the responses from Sonic and
Sapphire, but it was Sapphire running around him that he
answered to, he shook his head chuckling. [I]"You're as eager as
me to get moving huh? I said i've seen him today, but funnily
enough, I do have an idea where he is."[/I] earlier on Robin had
asked for directions to Knothole, and Lori had ended up grabbing
and warping him, so it was a fair shot to guess that he would be
around there. [I]"Well, I have a feeling I do anyway if we get
moving now."[/I] he looked over at Sonic. [I]"You can have the
chilidog you offered me Sonic. I've got a reuniting mission on
my hands."[/I] he then pointed in a direction for the female
hedgehog, it was the direction that the light from knothole had
came from earlier in the night. [I]"We head for Knothole
Village, let's go!"[/I] he said then dashing onwards himself at
about half of his regular speed so that the hedgehog (and Sonic
if he so decided) could easily catch up.
All this was before the new light flashed, so he would
completely miss that. He also noticed the sparkles and the light
that formed, but by this point his focus was on getting the
hedgehog to her 'robin' that she seemed so desperate to reunite
with.

Ajax nodded; the phoenix's tone was harsh, but he sensed it was
more out of instinct than anything. "Don't worry, I'll get you
out of here..." He hoisted Darkenlight onto his back carefully,
trying not to hurt him any more as he did so, and started off in
the cover of darkness. Still, something about this felt like
deja-vu...

Darkenlight too felt it was deja-vu, he vaguely remembered a
camp, a witch, and this lynx getting him away. He sighed as he
started to pass out. "Ajax....Shaman.....Red Sentential...." he
muttered softly.

Sapphire got more excited as Madness said he'd actually seen
Robin earlier, and had an idea of where he was.
She ran after him, also missing the light, too focused on being
reunited with her friend, when she reached him, mid-run she
hooked her left arm around his right, then ran a little faster
with a big smile on her face.
Sonic was quick to follow after the two, noticing the light
briefly, but he needed to make sure these two kids where alright
and got to their destination safely, he had always had a soft
spot for kids.
He ran beside the two blue mobian kids, "Keep the Chilidog, kid,
a gift from me to you, it's not everyday I give my Chilidogs
away" He smiled, before handing one of the two last ones to
Sapphire, so that now all three of them had a Chilidog, "Eat up
kiddo's" He grinned shooting them a thumbs up, then wolfing down
his Chilidog within a few seconds.
Sapphire's face lit up at being given a Chilidog, "Thank you!
Thank you! Thank you!" She shouted happily, this made Sonic
smile more, as the trio made their way to Knothole.

The light dimmed and there stood a female white hedgehog in
silver armor. She stood and watched as the trio sped off, one
of which looked familiar to her. With that, she bounded to the
top of a nearby building and took off after them. Whoever she
was, she was fast as she caught up to the trio and kept pace
with them.
That blue hedgehog....I've seen him before... she thought as she
leapt across the gap of a building.

Gabriel was quick to follow the silver knight, turning into a
swarm of locusts to keep up with her and the others.
