Votes, Trials, Punishment, and Complaints

Before someone is banned, there will be a vote between the
Security Council aka the moderators. As the only Admin, Ajax
does have the authority to over rule the vote. However if the
problem continues Ajax will notify you of your impending ban and
give you 72 hours to straighten up. If behavior continues after
that, he shall break out the ban torch.
If punishment/ban is viewed unfair, then you are entitled to a
trial. This is where Ajax and the Security Council will provide
evidence and you may plead your case. At the end, there will be
a poll sat up for everyone to vote on whether or not you win the
case. (You can’t vote for yourself to win). If banned the
trial shall be held in Skype, if you don’t have Skype then
Google Hangout will work.
Punishment will be in the following order: direct warning via
pm, direct warning and a vote on a temporary ban, final direct
warning with 72 hours to straighten up, and finally a vote on
permanent ban.
For complaints, Ajax will notify you of any complaints he gets.
He will not state the names of who sent the complaint.
