[U]Description[/U]
Madness is a combination of mainly Light Blue with parts of
white on him here and there. The majority of his gains have been
from those that have been willing to show gratitude to him for
doing something noble, such as saving them from a robot attack
or other threat, however his red sneakers are a custom design
based off of his father's.
[U]Personality[/U]
Madness carries on the tradition of being one to always help out
those that are in trouble, but rather than having a cocky
attitude like Sonic he gained a calmer, friendlier approach from
his mother. Much like the family namesakes he has a running
dislike of injustices big or small and will attempt to deal with
them in the ways that he can.
[U]Strengths/Powers[/U]
As it came down from the line from someone with the 'super
speed' ability and someone with the ability to keep up with
someone at super speed, Madness has gained the ability to run at
the speed of sound just like his parents could. His sneakers
were designed by his mother, Millie Prower, using a mass of
power out of a chaos emerald contained and transferred.
Along with the speed and other capabilities of Sonic, such as
the abilities of controlling the power rings, chaos emeralds,
homing attack etcetera, he also has the two tails of his mother,
this means that he can use them to fly over dangerous terrain
that he can't just run over. This means that he can cover most
terrain in a fair time.
One thing he has that Sonic does not is that he can swim. Millie
taught him as well as their Sonic. It took a while due to
genetics, but they got there.
[U]Weaknesses[/U]
Perhaps the big disadvantage that Madness faces is that while he
has the speed and the fly, he doesn't have the power. [I](Anyone
spot a bit of 'Sonic Heroes' in there?)[/I] Madness does not
contain any elemental powers or anything of the like.
Despite having the ability to overcome it, it's Sonic family
genetics for him to be slightly fearful of water, if someone
isn't directly in trouble in water Madness may be a bit hesitant
in crossing the water to get to the danger.
[U]General Biography[/U]
Madness the Hedgefox is a light blue and white hedgefox born to
parents of Sonic the Hedgehog and Millie 'Tails' Prower, a clone
attempt of the male Miles 'Tails' Prower. From a young age Sonic
was taking him out on his adventures and showing him the ropes
of his speed and other capabilities. It was a time when Dr
Eggman had been banished from mobius back to the planet of earth
and more sinister counterpart Dr Robotnik had been killed after
supposedly being strangled to death by Knuckles the Echidna,
though the truth around if this is the case is debated by some,
Sonic and family had heard nothing of him for months when
Madness came into existence, and they assumed it safe.
Like how Sonic showed him how to control his speed and abilities
and took him out to help people in distress. Millie taught him
how to fly using his two tails, which was easy in theory, but in
execution of keeping himself going he was tiring pretty quickly,
to which Millie told him [I]"Just keep practicing and practicing
sweetie. You'll be able to handle it longer as you practice. I'm
proud of you for even making it this far."[/I]
As Madness hit his teenager years, Sonic and Millie began to
have the problems that came with staying in the same place,
rent, house repairs, etcetera, so they took the decision to
return to the old ways of travelling from place to place. As a
result of this, Madness ended up taking off on his own
adventures, soon hearing that Dr Eggman had returned to mobius
and that Dr Robotnik was indeed alive and had resurfaced. So he
made it a mental note that while he would continue on his
adventures to rescue and help people and make friends and allies
along the way, he would look to stop Dr Robotnik and Dr Eggman
from doing any evil deeds that the duo may concoct. He knew that
as he travelled he would see and have reunitings with his mother
and father, and he could catch up with them when he did.
For now though. It was onto an adventure, or several.
[U]Character Relations[/U]
Charolette the Cat: [I]Girlfriend[/I]
Madness first ran into Charolette out in the forests where he
first found out about the sanctuary. The two fell for each other
pretty quickly and the two have been by each other's sides
since. Madness is quite happy to have her tagging along with him
on every adventure he's going along on.
Young love Eh?
Maurice 'Sonic': [I]Father (Unaware)[/I]
Sonic is Madness' father and occasionally runs into him with
Millie in tow. Madness has however met the dimension's actual
Sonic and seems to get on with him fairly well, Madness has
already pegged onto the danger of the dimension's actual Sonic
knowing that Madness is in a sense his son and is keeping quiet
about it until the time is right.
Madeliene 'Fem': [I]Friend[/I]
Madness ran into Fem soon after she had ran into Alt and formed
her opinion of males. It took a bit of doing, explaining and
proving, but soon enough Madness and his female form came to
understand that they were each other and the benefits that they
could have from being friends with each other.
Sapphire: [I]High Acquaintance/ Low Friend[/I]
Madness and Sapphire crossed paths when Sapphire was falling
under the water and he rescued her. The two are family but
aren't seemingly aware of it yet. Madness is made happy by the
energy excess that he has seen out of her so far as it means
someone to run races with. That and, well, who isn't made happy
by her happy attitude?
Alt: [I]Neutral[/I]
Being his Anti, Madness can't help but be a bit worried about
what is going to come out of Alt's mouth and/or what he is going
to do next. If Alt is hitting on a girl he will make an exit
most likely.
Dark-Ness: [I]Uneasy[/I]
In the midst of the goings on with the sanctuary, Madness was
told that Dark-Ness is out to hinder all efforts to have it
built, thus the appetite for destruction and Dark-Ness' links to
the moon leave him uncertain.
