"Gabriel Mirrors, but if you aren't a vampire," he replied
dropping his smirk, "then why are you consuming blood?" He
noticed the pair but said nothing and paid them no mind. At
least until the echidna girl made a surprised noise. He raised
an eyebrow but that was it; interested in what was going on.
He then noticed the water going towards the Robian, especially
when the weasels gasped. "Kid, that Robian isn't hurting
people," Gabriel told him, his voice becoming stern like an
ex-marine or officer of sorts, "it's only concerned for it's
companion." He slowly drew his pistols, unsure if he'd need
them but figured it was a good idea.

Kida blinked out of her thoughts when she saw the water going
towards her brother. She got between him and the water. "Hey
punk with the water tricks," she snorted addressing the
hedgehog, "leave my brother alone, he's a Robian and I get they
have a bad rep but he's still my brother." She adjusted her
glasses narrowing her eyes at him.
The Robian backed up a bit, he was water proof but still didn't
want to get wet. [glow=purple,2,300][I can stand up for myself,
sister.][/glow] he grumbled, crossing his arms.
"Mecha, I'm sick of people discriminating you because of what
you are," she told him, keeping her ground at least until the
bat pulled out his pistols. "Easy trigger, no need to shoot
someone," Kida said as she got into a fighting stance.
Mecha got into a fighting stance too. [glow=red,2,300][Threat
detected! Combat mode engaged!][/glow] he stated but was only
getting into this mode on count of his sister,
[glow=red,2,300][Must protect Kida.][/glow]

However, when the bat has said that, he calmed, and the water
retracted to their original spots as he took a deep breath
before looking behind him, and back to Gabriel. "My apologies,"
he said, sighing before seeing that the other two had gotten
into a battle stance. "I just... I have had bad experiences with
Robians in the past, and that seems... odd to me... But please,
I mean no harm! I don't want a battle!"
"But I should really apologize for my hostility, Gabriel, as
well as both of you in turn. I will not harm the Robian, please
put those pistols down, I will not harm any of you!" he added
with a scared tone, turning to the echidna girl as he said that,
looking between Gabriel and the Robian now, while making a
downwards waving motion to Gabriel. "As for the other thing,
Gabriel, I just happen to like oranges. Though I didn't realize
that was blood, but I may need to explain that to Lori later,"
he said, in a quick whisper biting his lip for a moment before
dropping the bag.
"Look, I don't want to be a threat! Please, we can't do this in
front of the weasels! I understand what you mean, madam, but
please, I won't harm your brother!" he said as the Echidna
stared at him, stepping back a bit in shock. He really didn't
need this, not after two months ago.

Gabriel slowly and silently put his pistols away. Alright then,
he replied, glancing at the Robian and the echidna. He hoped
that his movements wouldn't set things off. He really didn't
feel like fighting and slowly put his hands up so they could see
he wasn't a threat. "Easy tough guy, we wouldn't dream of
harming a pretty lady like your sister."

Kida relaxed a little when the hostility level of the room went
down a notch. She crossed her arms and snorted, "Is my brother
one of those Robians? No, therefore don't judge people until you
know them, metal or flesh." Kida nearly laughed when the
hedgehog called her 'madam'. "I'm not a hoity-toity stiff, I'm
an echidna that fixes robots, Robians, and other tech," she
replied putting a hand to her hip as she pulled a huge wrench
outta nowhere seemingly.
Mecha slowly got out of his stance, unsure of Kida's safety now.
He was silent until the vampire bat called Kida a pretty lady.
[glow=purple,2,300][And what does that imply, Casanova?][/glow]
he asked with a touch of sarcasm at the end. He walked up to
Gabriel only to be lightly hit on the head by Kida's wrench.
Kida had her eyes closed with an irritated smirk, a blush was on
her face. If this was an anime their be vein popping icons all
around her. An irked laugh came through her teeth, "Mecha, I'm
sure he was complimenting me," she told the Robian.
Mecha rubbed his head, dully noting what his sister said.

"Okay then.." was all the dark brown one could say, his scared
tone going down quite a lot, but it remained, for when the
echidna began to get mad, he bit his lip again in uncertainty,
and then sighed as if slightly irritated. "For your information,
Gabriel, I don't think you should call her that. Look at what
she responded with me; she is probably not happy with you for
saying that," he said, his tone a mix of irritated and scared at
the moment.
Besides, he knew Lori was waiting, and knew how impatient she
could get in the amount of time he'd been away from her. But
right now, he had to deal with this and end it quick, or else
he'd have a fight on his hands again, and then what? Would he
get hurt and hospitalized again? Or would the echidna and her
'brother' let this go?
He wouldn't know too quickly, but he had a feeling this wouldn't
end well...

"Your sister basically said it for me," Gabriel told Mecha with
a shrug. He looked at Tamwyn. "She reacted alright to my
compliment," he told him before grabbing a couple bags full of
blood oranges, "her brother on the other hand took it out of
context. You were just too formal."
He nodded to Kida and her brother as he headed off into the
depths of the store.

"Excuse you!? I think you need your hearing checked buster,"
Kida snorted to the hedgehog, gently hitting her wrench against
her hand. A soft 'tink tink' noise came from this, which
probably struck most as odd since she clearly had shin right?
"The bat is right, you were just too formal," she snorted.
Mecha watched the bat leave the group. He wasn't going to let
some pretty boy with compliments get his sister.

With another sigh, Tamwyn picked up his own bag. "My hearing
works, you know. And I have to go myself, a friend is
waiting[glow=blue,2,300], so goodbye,[/glow]" he said, irritated
above all else, and walked off quite fast, going to the area
where stuff was to be purchased, and as he left the echidna and
the Robian, the water still on the ground seemed to 'jump' only
3 centimeters off the ground in place, as if it obeyed his
irritation.
And when he would leave after his things had been bought, his
deep blue eyes held a lot of irritation in them, and he sighed
heavily before walking off from the store, a bit northwards,
where Lori and himself were supposed to meet so that Lori could
receive her part of his things.
(crappy ending post, but I need to write a fic)

"Sheesh he's touchy, anyway," Kida said more to herself than
anyone. Shrugging off the experience, Kida and Mecha went off
to find what was on their list. "Wonder where they have the
raisins and more importantly the chocolate," she thought aloud
as she looked at piece of paper that had scribbles of
handwriting on it.
Mecha looked around as his sister looked over the list. He
spotted a booth labeled 'dates' seeing a few male weasels that
were looking at his sister. His LCD eyes narrowed as he got in
their line of sight. All of them looked away and whistled. If
Mecha had a mouth he'd smirk but nope he didn't possess that.
Kida grabbed her brother's arm and proceeded to walk off in the
direction she was facing.
