where she pulls it out of.
Personality:
Headstrong, independent, stubborn, and serious at times. Kind
usual around robots.
Appearance:
Kida is a female red echidna with dark reddish brown bangs that
stands about 4 feet tall with emerald eyes and tan skin. Her
attire consists of a purple, gold trimmed tube top, black yoga
pants that have a white stripe going down the outer sides, and
black and white shoes with metal soles. She can sometimes be
seen in a black lab coat when she’s fixing up robots. Across
her snout is a pair of glasses which she messes with ever so
often. Her arms may appear to be normal but are actually
covered in synthetic skin; when they aren’t they are bones
floating in a greenish translucent liquid inside transparent
metal casings.
Powers/Abilities
Agile
IQ rivals that of Robotnik, Chuck, Tails, Eggman, and possibly
even Professor Gerald.
Technopath (can control Technology with her mind and sense
things regarding technology)
Super Strength (not as strong as Knuckles but can still crack
boulders)
Mystic Melody Lullaby (when she plays Mystic Melody, everyone
falls asleep that hears it)
Chaos Blocking (think of Chiblockers from Legend of Korra Book 1
and you get the idea)

Due to lack of sunshine, her eyes aren’t accustomed to bright
lights and often will blind her if she is exposed too quickly
Bit of Backstory:
She was born on Angel Island on the same day as Knuckles; her
parents went missing before she hatched so Locke adopted her and
raised her alongside his son. At a young age she was always the
one that lead Knuckles on little adventures around the Island,
finding all caves and such. On one of these adventures, they
stumbled upon the Catacombs and found a room with something that
should’ve never been found.
This lead Gaius to take drastic measures, he enlisted the help
of a demon to get rid of the relic Kida and Knuckles had found.
Well the demon couldn’t get it from Kida as the relic had chosen
to merge with her, so it basically pushed Kida off the edge of
the Island figuring that the water below would finish her off.
However one of the Crystal Phoenixes had decided to disobey
orders from Gaius, she drove after Kida and saved her. Though
when this savior landed on a distant Isle known as Obsidian
Isle, she was punished by Gaius and forced to leave the now sick
echidna girl alone. Or so they thought, the only two
inhabitants of the Isle found her and took care of her until she
was better. Though as a side effect of the illness and trauma,
Kida would never remember Knuckles exactly. This didn’t stop
her from training with her new friends, learning was one of the
things she loved most and fighting was another thing.
After she turned 16, Kida went off to find her family as she
knew they were out there but couldn’t remember where. She had
an unfortunate accident when battling a bunch of badniks which
left her with only the bones of both arms. This was when she
discovered her technopathy; using the parts of the busted
badniks that were around her, Kida crafted her first set of
bionetics. She hid amongst the junk in the Robo-Hobo Jungle for
a while until she could figure out how to control her new
ability.
When she was 17, a robot-that was later found out to be Mecha
Knuckles-fell out of the sky and landed in front of her hideout.
Startled, Kida waited a bit before coming out of her little
junk hideout. Assuming it was safe, the echidna girl walked
over to the dying robot. Her memory only registered the overall
appearance, thus making Kida think that this bot was her
brother. (Locke never told them they weren’t actually related,
nice job on the fatherly stuff there.) So Kida fixed him up and
reprogrammed him, this sparked her interest in technology
forever.
After a few months, Kida made her way back to Angel Island but
remained in the Catacombs with Mecha. Which is where they
discovered a new type of metal that solidified translucent after
being heated and where Kida made her lab and workshop. She
never turned away a robot for repairs, having a connection to
them and being able to feel their pain. This is where they
reside today, unbeknownst to the Guardian above them who most
likely forgot Kida after all those years. Mostly at night, Kida
will venture up to see the Island and fend off a Gull from
disturbing the guy sleeping near a giant gem.
