If anyone was on Angel Island besides the residents, they’d have
quite the light show in store for them. From somewhere near the
Altar, a pale blue light shot into the air. This was followed
by the Island shaking and then the strange Aurora in the sky.

The echidna girl had been in heading out to explore the Island
above her when she was blinded by the strange pale blue light.
After her sight returned, Kida ran towards the exit of the
catacombs. Only to tumble to the ground when the Island shook.
"Island quake! Who stole that guy's gem again!?" she sputtered
as she got to her feet. However, when Kida got outside, she saw
that the Island wasn't falling. "Okay....what in the name of
Chaos was that then," she asked more to herself than anyone, not
knowing that she wasn't alone. Kida just stared up in confusion
at the Aurora in the sky. "Did we suddenly get north or south
of our previous location?"

What nobody knew, however, was that the shaking was just enough
to topple and knock over yet another relic of sorts that was in
the area of the catacombs very near the exit -some sort of an
amber crystal orb-, and a soft, but another bright light would
appear for several moments before revealing an amber-and-tan
hedgephoenix -a phoenix that also had some qualities of a
hedgehog as well- with amber wings, and light tan fur, along
with some sort of 'oracle' attire (ie: some sort of cloak) that
was a very light blue, and some ancient-looking boots.
The young hedgephoenix blinked and opened her eyes, while
sitting up. "O .... Chaosque, ubi ego sum ubi est Lyric ... ...
quid factum?" she asked, glancing around in curiosity as she
stood up. She had a terrible feeling in her mind, but she felt
the Master Emerald.... or was that her imagination? Was she not
in her Zone? She didn't feel the Topaz Crystal, nor any of the
Chaos Crystals... unless something major happened. She knew this
was not normal..."Quod non potest normalis ... iam non sum in
Zonam .... .... Id cum ego adhuc obsignatus quod forte evenisset
....
Similem habeo ut reperio mihi hic, et conari invenirent quomodo
impetro tergum ut meum Zonam! " she said to herself after a bit
of thinking, and she then limped out of the area, just to see
the strange aurora in the night skies. "qui quod habet alienum
Aurorae .... ... sentiens ad eam .... Ego inveniam Zone Aram
oportet!" the female hedgephoenix resolved to herself in the
language she knew of, and stretched her amber wings -which had
odd markings that looked like flames on the edges of the
uppermost parts of the wings- before jumping and taking flight,
wobbling on her flight, but she headed elsewhere of the island
that she knew from her own Zone.

And hidden in the trees near the Catacombs, was a sleeping dark
brown hedgehog with a navy blue jacket and dark amber pants
along with dark emerald green sneakers, when the strange light
and the quake woke him, making him fall out of the tree.
"Oh for the love of- huh?!" he said, stopping mid sentence to
see the aurora. Then a.. hedgephoenix came into view, one with
clothes that looked quite ancient, more so than when he had met
that dark phoenix once. "Huh... another one... I wonder who she
is... but that light.. I may have to follow her to find where
that light came from," he said after standing up again, running
in the direction of which the amber-winged hedgephoenix went,
leaving a small, dark blue notebook behind on the ground next to
the tree..

Once near the Altar, anyone could see an entrance to the
Catacombs beneath the surface. This entrance was covered in
many leaves and other nature so it must’ve been pretty old and
unused.

Kida was deep in thought when a Robian Echidna emerged beside
her. His purple LCD eyes scanning the area, spotting the
unknown phoenix and the dark brown hedgehog.
[glow=fuchsia,2,300][Lifeforms headed towards possible area of
interest.][/glow] he told Kida before his visual sensors picked
up the notebook.
As the Robian went to pick up the notebook, Kida looked off
where he'd pointed out. "Isn't that in the direction of that
guy who guards the giant gem that keeps this Island floating?"
she asked before blinking. "They must be in league with that
greedy Gull!" Kida exclaimed, "Mecha grab that thing and let's
go kick some intruders off the Island!"
With that Mecha nodded as his LCD eyes flickered red, he grabbed
the notebook, and took off with Kida in the lead.
[glow=hotpink,2,300][glow=red,2,300][Halt Intruders or prepare
for immediate combat!][/glow][/glow] he shouted to the two, his
voice echoed a bit due to the area.

The hedgephoenix heard the Robian, and she whirled around -still
flying in the Master Emerald's direction- to see a female
echidna and a metallic one. Instincts told her that the metallic
one must be with the female echidna since it talked to her only,
and that both seemed to be against her.
She knew they did that for the Master Emerald, but she knew to
keep going. Then she noticed the other one, the dark brown
hedgehog, and said, "Fusca unus! Capto manibus meis, ego ducam
nobis ad Dominum Emerald meipsum ascendite hic!"
("Dark brown one! Grab my hands! I'll take us to the Master
Emerald myself! Up here!")
Flying lower to the dark brown hedgehog, she reached for his
hands, before seeing the journal, and sighing. They possibly
weren't going to get it, since from experience, the
tan-and-amber hedgepheonix knew once a metallic one had
something, they'd either keep or destroy it. "Porro hic, si nos
ipsi nos adepto tardior nos postulo ut custodiant illos nostram
cauda!"
("Come on here! They'll get us if we are too slow, and we need
to keep them off our tail!") she said worriedly in her native
language, hoping the gesture would at least be understood.

His deep blue eyes went wide at the voice of what was a Robian,
and turned his head to see a dark red echidna and a Robian
chasing him. "Oh for the love of Chaos..." he said with a slight
growl to himself as he saw his journal in the hands of the
Robian.
Then the amber-winged hedgephoenix starting yelling at him in
Latin, and he looked up to see the girl holding her hands down
to him.
She wants me to go with her? But wouldn't I fall? he thought,
looking towards the Robian again, and then the hedgephoenix
again. "Fine then. But AWAY from Angel Island, that way!" he
said to the girl, jumping up- and catching her hands when he did
so, a strange feeling filling his mind as his feet were off the
ground now, lifted by someone who didn't even know him.
But this girl felt like a mix of Lori and Rose to him.. Maybe
this is their ancestor? Or was she the equivalent of them both?

She couldn't fully understand the dark brown hedgehog's words in
full, but she thought she heard 'away from Angel Island' in her
ears, so then, carefully keeping the hands of the dark brown
hedgehog in her own, she yelled to the echidna, "Nos derelinquam
vos, si non vult hic, solum praeceptor Smaragdina custos
currenti desiderabant faciem videre .. Si non, quod ille sumere
nobis in posterum fuit Faciam ut!"
("We will leave then, if you do not want us here! I only wanted
an audience with the current guardian of the Master Emerald..
but if not, then I'll make sure that he'll give us one later!")
With that, she held on to the dark brown hedgehog tight, and
steered greatly away from the Island -in the direction that was
of the place Amberfeather would later learn was Knothole Lake.
She felt a strange type of Chaos Energy from the area, but she
wasn't looking. She needed to meet the Guardian of the Master
Emerald alone, but the echidna and Robian would not let her. She
sighed, knowing it would be a while before she'd be able to know
how she got to where she has gotten, and why there was
hostility.
Except that the dark brown hedgehog seemed to also not
understand her words, but the echidna and Robian's words, and
yet he did understand her gesture, and further it too. This
person was now a good ally to her.

"Yeah ya better run-er fly away!" Kida shouted at them shaking a
fist in the air, "and go back to that greedy Gull and tell him
that he still isn't getting that guy's gem!!" She snorted once
they were out of sight. "Well brother, what's in the notebook?
she asked.
Mecha looked at the notebook and opened it.
