       Scourge: The Fastest Jerk Alive!

       Description:
       Scourge is an anthropomorphic Hedgehog with blue fur and light
       cream skin. He wears black fingerless gloves wrapped in boxing
       tape. He also wears sick sneakers that are light weight and
       hyper friction resistant they are black and blue.He also wears a
       torn up black leather jacket sporting red and orange flame
       decals on the sides.His jacket was given to him as a gift from a
       very important person. The jacket means a lot to him so he never
       removes it. Scourge has bright blue eyes and wild sharp spines
       on his back that come off looking like a type of punk Mohawk. As
       an addition Scourge also sports a pair of red visor sunglasses
       that act as running goggles. On the side of the glasses can be
       seen the initials SS.
       Personality
       Scourge is a daredevil who can run at the speed of sound &
       beyond. He is a fun and fast guy out on an ego trip. Having
       committed numerous crimes has left Scourge with an inflated
       sense of self as he thinks highly of himself. Ever since
       stepping into the battle against justice, Scourge has been the
       enemy of peace. Well-known for his legendary c,ocky attitude,
       easy-going demeanor and somewhat short temper, yet strong taste
       for violence and love for freedom and anarchy, Scourge uses his
       abilities to take advantage of others and commit horrible
       crimes. Throughout his life, Scourge has exhibited a great
       desire for chaos and sadism, in keeping with his super speed.
       Thrill-seeking aside, he genuinely is a terrible person caring
       little to nothing for others.
       He has a bragging nature and that shows as he enjoys gloating
       about his accomplishments even going so far to rub others noses
       in it. Due to his many accomplishments Scourge has amassed quite
       the number of bounties on his head. This group consists of all
       different types government agencies, police departments and even
       royal authorities.
       Scourge is indeed a talented villain but he thinks he's a lot
       better than he actually is. Most people view him as an
       egotistical jerk whose major traits are egotism and cruelty. He
       focuses intensely on challenge and never gives up as he hates
       loosing. He is also a world class wiseguy and trash talker. In
       dealing with his enemies, Scourge is usually foul mouthed in
       behavior, often mocking his opponents with insults and puns.
       Given how serious he can be in some cases, however, it is likely
       that these jokes are an attempt to lighten the mood or project
       an air of confidence. Of course, it also serves (in most cases)
       to aggravate his enemies to the point of distraction. He is a
       cruel and cunning hedgehog with an attitude He is also a very
       capable fighter. He becomes highly resourceful and direct in
       dangerous circumstances. Scourge is also intelligent with a
       natural flair for cunning plans he prefers to make up these
       plans as he goes along.
       However, he also has something of a bullheaded streak which
       causes him to think that he is right and everyone else is wrong.
       This had led him to clash with other such strong personalities
       and even great deities. Scourge has a macho and carefree
       attitude that leads him to often dislike other males who would
       challenge him. Due to this Alpha dog style behavior Scourge has
       few male friends as there are so many annoying wannabes posers
       as he would put it. Scourge has shown himself to be quite
       charming ladies man. He's a player who has little to no respect
       for women. His view on the female gender is that they are
       disposable pleasures and challenges to be conquered.
