       Gaius, the Great War, the Crystal Phoenixes, and Discord

       Gaius is the King of all Mobian Gods and is said to govern the
       sky.  However at one point in time he governed all and the
       pressure of all of that was killing him.  So while he went
       around looking for help, food on Mobius became scarce and so the
       ancient tribes, clans, and whatever else they were called fought
       over food and territory.  These were petty little conflicts at
       first but all hell broke loose when Trey-Mor, a Knuckles Tribe,
       killed Sar-Raku, son of the leader of the Blur Clans.  Sides
       were taken and a long and bloody war began.  Trey-Mor would be
       the first to fall as he was torn to pieces by his own tribe and
       the Blur Clan as he tried to stop the war.
       After many years, Gaius had found help but returned to a
       gruesome scene.  Feeling guilty, he turned to Constaladin for
       help to end this war, which would be known as The Great War.
       (This was before Darkenlight’s banishment.)  Constaladin of
       course gladly agreed to help, which he could only think of one
       thing to do use their power to create beings much like
       themselves that represent each of the tribes, clans, and whoever
       else was involved in the conflict.  Great idea but what would be
       diverse enough to use to do that?  After a bunch of failed
       attempts with all kinds of material, they settled on crystals.
       The first to try was Sunterra and Lightanis, using Snow and
       Solar Quartz.  With a bright flash of light, the first of the
       Crystal Phoenixes came to life.  Though as the first came to
       life, Dark-Ness had touched a chunk of Black Quartz and
       Obsidian, thus creating a twin in a pulse of darkness.  Seeing
       as this worked well, they continued with the creation of these
       Crystal Phoenixes.  Eventually they had made thirteen, the exact
       number of those in the conflict.  These thirteen were given
       names after they stopped the war and were allowed to remain on
       Mobius as guardians and peace keepers.
       However they all eventually went into a deep stasis where they
       became crystal, this allowed for something to go unnoticed.
       (This would be after Darkenlight’s banishment.)  There were
       still dark emotions and energies on the spot where the Great War
       started.  Thus manifested from these a dark and evil being that
       would call herself, Discord.  She would stay out of sight for
       the most part, but couldn’t resist tainting Dark-Ness and the
       Crystal Phoenix he created.  This made the two just as evil and
       vile as her, but once this was noticed Gaius would have Discord
       locked away in a dimension known as the Void.  This seemed to
       fix the two but they still remained slightly evil in the views
       of others.  Which after that, all the Crystal Phoenixes were
       awoken.  As for Discord, she escapes on rare occasions and
       causes trouble until dragged back by the Crystal Phoenix known
       as White Blaze.
