Gabriel just shrugged, he had been considering it for a while.
"We'll go to a bar after the meeting with Lightanis, get drunk
and then you can see if GUN may have a spot for the former Elite
Society Leader of Squadron G," he offered with a grin.

"Fair enough, but I'm going to be buying the drinks when it
comes to that," Shadow answered with a smirk, before gently
starting to climb down the tree, feeling a Chaos Energy that was
like that of Dark-Ness, but more like Sonic's, and much less
dark. Much closer to even 'Phoenix', the knight whom Shadow
assisted before he collapsed in Mobotropolis.
"But... We're gonna have to wait on that job part of the deal.
Commander might be shocked when he see you aren't, y'know..
dead.." he added, his face becoming a bit more serious as looked
to Mirrors.

Gabriel waved away the last part. "Work out that crap when it
hits us," he said as he glided down, "Temple's that way I
think." The bat pointed in the direction Shadow sensed that
energy.

Shadow nodded, and started off in that direction of which he
felt the energy, not minding how his head pounded harder as he
activated his Hover Shoes, but staying at a pace of which
Mirrors could catch up and try to initiate another race if
possible. But Mirrors was correct; they could work out things
when it happened. But at the same time, they had to be prepared
ahead of time.

Gabriel followed, staggering a bit since he was still bleeding
from his right arm. He grabbed some leaves and quickly tied
them around his arm to hopefully mask the scent for now. Wasn't
long until a temple like structure would come into view.

When Shadow got somewhat close to the temple like structure, he
stopped to let Mirrors catch up, hoping the bat was okay...
(This leads into Gabriel's post in The Art of Strategic
Assembly, so Shadow and Gabriel are now in that thread)
