Simply Lost in Life

Louis sighs as he walked near the Phoenix Temples... he had been
unable to find Madoka in Mobotropolis, so he had decided to
simple wander around different places for now... he just wanted
to find someplace he could stay away from the craziness
involving Sanctuary for a while...

Unbeknownst to the halfling, the Temple he was in was the
Shadorias' home and he was currently there. He was a shy
Crystal Phoenix, often remaining in the shadows and quietly
watching. However he could tell something was troubling the
halfling, so he stepped out of the shadows. For the most part
he looked much like the black hedgehog known as Shadow, however
his markings were much different and a gray sort of violet. He
put a hand on the halfling's shoulder and silently stared at him
with his smoke gray eyes.

The halfling becomes startled when he feels a hand on his
shoulder, and he jumps away in surprise. He didn't think anyone
else would be around where he ended up, so seeing someone else
was a shock. He looks carefully at the stranger, cautious.

Shadorias was silent, slowly he pulls his hand back under his
cloak. He stared at the halfling, silently, trying to appear
non-threatening. The Crystal Phoenix tilted his head curiously
to the side.

He watches carefully, not knowing who the stranger is. He wasn't
normally so cautious, but after what had happened with Alt, he
wasn't going to take any chances. "Who are you? What do you
want?"

Shadorias didn't speak, he couldn't unless his master was there
to grant him the ability. So to explain he looked to the wall
off to the left. Pictures on that wall, ones that looked a lot
like him and sure the writing was ancient but it could be simply
be determined this was his temple. [glow=dimgrey,2,300]Oh
please figure out what I'm trying to say,[/glow] he thought.
The Crystal Phoenix hated the fact that he was cursed with this,
he hated Discord with a passion because she had entered his
domain and taken his ability to speak. It was his master, his
creator, Darkenlight who restored the ability but only when he
was there to grant it.

"Oh... this is your temple... sorry, I just kinda ended up
here... I'll leave if you want." The halfling turns away. He has
no idea where to go, but he didn't want to be rude by staying...

The Crystal Phoenix shook his head, that's not what he wanted at
all. So he dove into the shadows and reappeared in front of the
halfling. Shaking his head no frantically, Shadorias was lonely
too. He wanted Louis to stay and tell him what was troubling
him. [glow=dimgrey,2,300]Oh how I wish Master was here, where
is he!? I need to have my voice....wait a moment...unless I
can...maybe,[/glow] he thought before putting a hand onto Louis'
forehead with his palm resting where the third eye is believed
to be, [glow=dimgrey,2,300]Can you hear me? My thoughts? Oh
please be able to.[/glow]

He was surprised when the phoenix appeared in front of him, and
even more so when he heard the voice in his head. "What in the
