Shadow the Hedgehog, the Ultimate Lifeform

(Finally, a bio I want to post! Might be a little long.. This
took me a while, so don't judge me!)
Full name: Shadow 'Terios' the Hedgehog
Preferred/nicknames: Shads (Shadz) (by Sonic only), The Ultimate
Lifeform, 'the black-and-crimson hedgehog' and/or 'my employer'
(by Tamwyn), Brother (by Eclipse), Hedgehog of the Shadow Clan
(Darkenlight only)
Appearance/personality: He appears to be a black-and-crimson
furred hedgehog with crimson stripes on his quills/spikes, legs,
and arms, crimson-red eyes, and white, black and light orange
shoes with small rockets on the bottom of them. A bit of crimson
also is at the tips of the areas framing his eyes, and he has
golden rings on his wrists known as 'Inhibitor Rings'.
His personality seems to be one of being a 'loner', as he is not
seen with a lot of people very often, and he is soft-spoken. He
also belittles most of his enemies, and has been described as a
ruthless opponent in battle. He is also one of the only ones
some would take seriously if they knew Shadow, including the
Sonic that was originally from Shadow's first Zone (this one is
not really from Torch at all..), and he also has a very strong
sense of identity.
However, if he is with someone whom of which reminds him of
Maria Robotnik or if it is someone he legitimately trusts, he
will have a sense of compassion or sentimental emotion towards
them, and would protect them as well as fight alongside them as
long as he goes down first.
Backstory: (like with Amberfeather, this may be a little long to
read. And unlike true canon Shads, he'll have some of my own
small headcanons and some other stuff mixed into the backstory
to lengthen it so it'll be interesting.)
Born on the ARK, 50 years ago, from Project Shadow -part of four
projects under something known as the 'Operation Eternity'
project-, he grew to know Maria Robotnik and some others.
But, however, there is more to this particular story.
He was, originally, instead of being artificially created by
Gerald Robotnik, born from a female hedgehog of black fur named
Twilight the Hedgehog, and was a white-and-red furred hedgehog
with blue eyes. He was nicknamed 'Pearlclaw' by Twilight, but
then fully named Terios by his father, who's name is unknown by
most.
But then Twilight found out from Terios's father that Terios was
sick with a strange illness nicknamed 'Chaos Fever' that
affected mostly hedgehogs if they were young in age -this could
kill a baby hedgehog-, and this was around the time the ARK had
been bulit, and people were beginning to be contacted for being
on the ARK as part of helping for the research or if they were
with an uncurable disease.
Luckily for Twilight, Gerald had heard about Terios, and he
offered to cure Terios by inudating him into Project Shadow for
Maria's NIDS illness, and in return, she and Terios's father
could stay on the ARK to keep an eye on their son.
During the first five years of Terios's life on the ARK, he
never got to truly talk at all to anyone, but he always 'saw'
Maria, Gerald, and his mother each day, listening carefully as
he could through a cryogenic tube in water to their words. Maria
seemed to like him, and Gerald, during this time area, renamed
Terios 'Shadow', and every few days, he modifed Shadow's genes
to try and eradicate his illness.
This worked for a while, and Shadow seemed to be doing better,
his condition becoming better every day to Maria's joy. Heck, he
was even acting normal for once, at least as normal as a
sick-as-hell black-and-crimson hedgehog could act..
At the age of five, to Twilight and her husband's horror,
Shadow's condition suddenly dropped low, and Gerald nearly gave
up due to the Chaos Fever targeting Shadow's immunity genes
instead of his brain, but this was when Black Doom stepped in to
help. Gerald used Doom's blood to not only cure Shadow, but to
stabilize his genes completely, in the promise that in fifty
years, Shadow would collect the 7 Chaos Emeralds for Black Doom,
and would give them to Doom when it came to that point.
Gerald, despite his and Twilight's misgivings, agreed to Black
Doom's promise, and Shadow was finally revived from the Chaos
Fever... at the cost of not remembering his first five years of
life, or his parents, and he was taken out of the tube for his
first time and his final time, at least for that time.
When he first woke up after Black Doom had given up his blood to
Shadow, the hedgehog was very tired and drained-feeling, unable
to stay awake for long, but he talked a bit to Maria on that
day.
He remained that way for a few days, but as time passed, he
began to become more used to being out of water, and free from
being kept in the medical area, befriending some of the kids on
the ARK as well as visitors from Earth that came every once in a
while to help Shadow and Gerald, or to just see everyone on the
ARK, including a Mobian hedgehog guard by name of Mason Andalin
that was an amber hedgehog with deep blue eyes.
But at 14 years old, Shadow found that one of the children,
Abraham Towers, was beginning to treat him and his 'friend'
Twilight the Hedgehog harshly, calling Shadow names, cursing
Twilight and then accusing Twilight of being a 'Dark-Arms
hugger', etc as it came closer to his 15th birthday, and he
himself sensed something wrong about to happen.
Something that could change the young hedgehog's life forever.
A week before his birthday, that was when everything went wrong
for Shadow and his family aboard the ARK, including Maria. GUN
forces began to take away anyone that didn't know much about
Shadow or a whole lot, but then began killing some of the
researchers, with Gerald having Twilight stay with one of them
while Shadow and Maria try to escape.
However... Maria had been shot by a GUN soldier upon reaching
the escape pod area, while Twilight was captured by GUN forces,
with Shadow having to witness both while in an escape pod, his
life forever changed, along with his father's, who was hiding
somewhere in the escape pod bay when that happened. He was never
going to see either ever again...
However, 50 years later, he was awakened from cryogenic
imprisonment by the grandson of a hedgehog he knew (Mason), one
calling himself Andrew, from what he heard was 'the Mianian
army' that was tasked with retrieving him.
He listened to Andrew and, like other versions of himself, was
against Sonic, but as was fate, he met Eggman, who had tricked
Andrew to both the amber and black-and-crimson hedgehogs'
chagrins, but when it came time for Sonic and Shadow to team up
against the Finalhazard, instead of 'dying', Shadow was saved by
Sonic, and safely returned to Mobius, where Shadow's personality
changed again, but this time, gaining a friendship/rivalry with
Sonic, becoming a strong leader of Team Dark and also a
recurring member of what Sonic called 'Team Mobius' -which had
Team Rose, Team Sonic, and Team Dark involved in it.
He even helped Sonic with defeating the Ifrit (Sonic Rivals 2)
and finding the lost Chao, and also accompanied him on his quest
to save the Arabian Nights (Sonic and the Secret Rings), and was
called by his old name, Terios, by Shahra and Erazor, taking the
blow from Erazor's attempt to end Sonic as so to gain access to
the use of the World Rings in the end, just to become Super
Shadow and defeat Erazor, secretly making a special ring in the
process that allowed Erazor to be sealed with no way out so that
Shahra could keep him instead of being sad, as so she could 'be
back with him'.
He also was more involved in the whole Time Eater fiasco,
meeting his younger, white-furred self Terios during a secret
battle between him and a GUN soldier that saw him in the
'classic ARK' area that only he could go into, as well as even
having involvement in part of a war between the city of Miana
and Eggman/Robotnik, meeting Andrew again and also a dark brown
hedgehog.
In 17 years's time, he came to hear from Commander Towers (by
the time Nega came, he was an agent of GUN by Sonic and Rouge's
requests) of a 'Tamwyn Realern' that had apparently come back
after a supposed death, and he came to Torch Zone (his real Zone
was mainly known by his Sonic as the 'Lunaris Zone') to
investigate Realern...
Abilities/weapons: (Finally!)
Chaos Control- his most used Chaos move, with this, he can
teleport himself using Chaos Energy. However, he has gained more
usage with this move, such as the ability to send other people
but not himself, and to focus on one specific person and go
there just by the Chaos Signature of said person. He can also
stop others using this ability for a short period of time to
slow them down. It can be used without a Chaos Emerald, but at
the price of physical energy, and will drain someone until they
pass out to regain it naturally.
Chaos Spear: An attack that looks either like arrows without
arrowheads or lightning, not as exhausting without a Chaos
Emerald like Chaos Control.
Chaos Barrier: A variation of Shadow Guard that appears like a
crimson crystalized shield when it is used, not as energy
consuming as Chaos Control.
Chaos Mirror: Once unnamed in other Zones, this ability is one
Shadow only uses with a Chaos Emerald or with someone he really
doesn't rub too well with. This is a Chaos move in which Shadow
can make himself into multliple selves -mostly one to about
three if he ends up with no Chaos Emerald at time of usage,
three to almost eight if he uses a Chaos Emerald- and use Chaos
Blast, Chaos Spear, or his Chaos Sword mixed with his Spindash
to attack once to mulitple enemies or multi-attack one enemy
before they fade off into Chaos Energy.
Chaos Blast: A shockwave or explosion of Chaos Energy that can
knock out multiple enemies in a 15 to 20 feet radius. Almost as
energy consuming as Chaos Mirror or Chaos Control.
Chaos Lance: Upgraded version of Chaos Spear that would look
similar to actual spears (like the ones used in Roman times).
Takes up the same amount of energy as Chaos Spear.
Chaos Sword of the Red Chaos Emerald (Chaos Sword): This is a
weapon he had been given by Shahra shortly before Sonic and
himself had left the Arabian Nights universe, one that belonged
to his counterpart there, Prince Tristan the Hedgehog, who had
been long dead in that world after Erazor had destroyed him.
This sword looks similar to the Black Sword, but straight and a
more red tone than magenta, with a silver-grey sharp edge, and
the rest is red, the tip being much more red than the remainder
of the blade. Looks crystalline on the blade, and the hilt is
made of hard leather with white-painted leather making multiple
triangle shapes, and there is a rope on the end of it with a
small charm of a blue flower.
Backstory pt. II: (Canon)-
Now having gotten ahold of some information on Tamwyn Realern's
sudden reappearence, Shadow has come to Westopolis of the Torch
Zone to try to piece together Realern's case as well as finding
a supposed daughter of Andrew Andalin, one who is a 17-year-old
amber hedgehog taller than most normal Mobians, but he gets
pulled into an interesting chase with a Society agent named
Gabriel Mirrors, and he then travels to Obsidian Isle, just to
find out that a sanctuary is being built for his former enemy,
the Dark Arms.
He accepts to help Gabriel, but while trying to spy on a phoenix
of a powerful dark Chaos Energy, Gabriel is injured and Shadow
battles Brizin Sorrox, who suggests Shadow go against the
building of the sanctuary to spy on Dark-Ness, the one Shadow
had sensed.
However, he decides to find this Zone's Sonic, and finds him in
a battle against another that was working for Dark-Ness, and in
a plan to free a vixen Sonic was trying to save, Shadow Chaos
Controls the phoenix to slow him, but at the cost of the last of
his physical energy, and collapses shortly after.
-(What If universe, Gluttonous Feline Queen to Meteor of Fate)-
In the midst of a parasitic outbreak in Westopolis and a
seperatist rebellion in the Mianian kingdom north of
Mobotropolis, Shadow arrives in Miana to be part of a
celebration in the kingdom for Queen Natasha, just to reveal the
existence of a parasite in the castle's food from his sickness
after his arrival, with Darkenlight being the one to solve the
problem due to his ability to eat rotten foods.
Some time after that, it seemed, he went out on a meteor shower
watch with his 'apprentice' Tamwyn, the two now in a respective
teacher-and-student relation, along with countless others that
just so happened to be there at Obsidian Isle, with Shadow
apparently having a fangirl that happened to be a female red
echidna..
Hobbie/misc: He seems to like Swiss Rolls (especially the
strawberry kind) as his favorite kind of sweet. He can eat a
certain type of red fruit that mostly Dark Arms can, and he also
likes to learn new experiences in a good way due to curiosity.
He considers Gabriel Mirrors to be his rival alongside Sonic,
but he considers Sonic a friend as well, due to his past with
him that turned out much different than some of his counterparts
in other Zones.
He also likes powerful, epic music that gets him moving, so he
listens to it as he goes to GUN each morning of if he is awfully
bored.

This is an example of what he seems to like in terms of music,
but he also vies for flute music sometimes as well.
Extra Info: Natasha, in some cases, will remind Shadow of Maria
Robotnik because of how much the feline cares about him, and
would do anything to make sure he was okay. On occasion, he
passes out when he is very tired or if he is sick with
something, and curls up if he falls asleep on a couch, ending up
with someone doing so with him.
