Ajax smirked as the baby dragon gnawed on the piece of
chocolate; that certainly answered the question."Looks like
Blaze was right; little tike is hungry. Hold on, I'll go cut up
some fruit into small, manageable pieces." He disappeared into
the kitchen for a few minutes and returned with pieces of pears
cut up into tiny pieces, setting it on the table next to the
settee.

Shadow was surprised when the dragon child ate the chocolate
that Tasha had held to it, an odd thought coming to his mind
that the child could and was.. cute. But dragon children, at
least the male ones, were mostly rowdy as far as he knew of
dragon behaviour.
I wonder how he'll react to Chaos Energy... thought Shadow,
biting his lip strong enough to make it bleed as he pondered
over the dragon child in Tasha's lap, doing his trademark
crossed-arms stance as he did so.

The little dragon was able to catch the sweet scent of the pears
the moment Ajax walked back into the room. He turned back to
glance at the lynx, only to spot the bowl that held the pear
pieces. Immediately enticed by the sight of more possible
foodies, the infant reached at the bowl, managing to get little
pieces of pear into his tiny claws. He attempted to stuff the
handful into his mouth, only for a few loose pieces to fall into
the blanket and the floor. Not that it mattered - there was
plenty of foodies left for him to eat.
The infant had went completely silent as he continued to nom at
the pear pieces, a few of them falling on the floor, blanket and
settee as he ate.

Darkenlight picked up on the pieces that fell, inhaling then
exhaling a small jet of flame. He held them out to the
hatchling and said in a gently tone, "Here, try them roasted."
Of course, the Phoenix smelled of sulfur but the roasted pears
smelled really sweet.

Smiling, Natasha could not help but want to squeal over how
adorable she thought the little dragon was. The feline tickled
his stomach while he ate, cooing to him 'Who's a little cutie'
over and over again. It almost made her wish that it was her
child; still, they needed to find this little tike's parents at
some point.
