Filler - Critical 'Bat'gony

Armando and Gabriel appeared in one of the hospitals out in
Mobotropolis. his teleportation frequencies were stronger than
the copy held by Madoka and the copy's copy held by Alt so the
duo were in the hospital in just a few seconds. Gabriel's
wrecked, bleeding wing put out a loud enough warning and soon
enough his wing was temporarily patched with the bat being
wheeled off to have his wing checked over and fixed if possible.
The Grey Hedgefox could only watch the whole process unfold. A
notice appeared on top of the bat. The topside reads 'Leave this
on the bat, he must read it when he wakes up.'
When flipped over, it had another message.
Bat. No thanks are necessary for getting you into the hospital,
after all you are important to the impending sanctuary ordeal.
When you are recovered, you and the crew are advised to hunt
down the dark blue hedgefox female that you had around as I
arrived. She will know the quick way to shut down all of his
attempts.

With the note where Gabriel surely would get it, the Grey
Hedgefox disappeared, he had no intention to stick around. He
could not assist the team any further.

The doctors would find that his bones in that wing were broken
as well as most of his wing muscles and ligaments were torn up.
What probably spooked some is that Gabriel was cold to the
touch. Eventually the bat opened his eyes, immediately he
jolted up. Fists flying, it was from the reflexive instincts
drilled into his brain. His eyes were blood red, pupils
constricted, the sclera were tinged with black.

In another part of the same hospital, Shadow was brought to a
hospital room by the GUN Commander's order, along with orders
for Shadow to be removed from the Realern assignment until he
dealt with Mirrors from the Commander, all being left in a note
to Shadow being left in the hedgehog's room as he lay
unconscious, his shoes next to the bed now along with the sword
and his gloves, but with his Inhibitor Rings still on him.

That poor agent probably heard the commotion on his way out.
Doctors were trying to restrain Gabriel but there's not much you
can do to restrain a vampire bat that needed blood. The noises
were loud enough to wake just about anyone. One thing was for
sure, no Society Agents would be able to come to the rescue
since Gabriel disabled his communicator* as it was the only way
to track him.

The GUN agent was then heading out to check on the two that were
keeping an eye on Sonic and the phoenix from earlier, but then
heard a lot of commotion, and was a bit uncomfortable about it.
He raised an eyebrow at seeing the bat Gabriel Mirrors -the
Commander had sent some *footage of what Shadow could get back
in Westopolis-, but knew to not meddle in it right now, since it
was only Shadow that was asked to do so. The agent then left
quickly, only concerned for the status of the blue hedgehog of
which Shadow knew, and Shadow's state.

Eventually the commotion died down, like after tons of
tranquilizers. Gabriel was out yet again, strapped down to the
bed and wheeled to the room Shadow was in. As he was no longer
needed in intensive care, the note left where he'd find it. If
Shadow was to wake up, he'd see the bat strapped down tightly to
the bed. His wing secured in an open position and patched up.

After a while, Shadow stirred a bit in his passed-out sleep,
before bolting up with "Maria!", indicating another nightmare of
some sort.
He'd remembered when that art that changed his life... GUN
having to end her... it always came back in dreams. No matter
what.
Shaking his head to clear it, however sleepily, he looked around
a bit to check his surroundings, his crimson eyes scanning
around each part of the room, and sighed heavily. He had no idea
when he passed out, but the last thing he remembered was Chaos
Controlling to Sonic, and saying a plan of some sort.. why could
he not remember anything after that...?
He then saw Gabriel Mirrors unconscious, restrained with his
wing cleaned up and wood-free, as he rubbed his eyelids. Huh...?
When did he get here..? he thought in confusion, glancing around
for his gloves in a sleepy nervousness before sighting them on
the windowsill of one of the windows in the room.
Yet he felt so.. tired...
He laid his head back down, but he kept his eyes open, not
wanting to fall asleep again incase Gabriel woke up as he messed
with his ears in slight worry for the bat.

The tranqs wore off and immediately Gabriel's eyes snapped open.
They were now a bloody shade of red, almost glowing in the dark
as they were surrounded by black. He trashed around, eyes
darting around as he tried to find a source of blood other than
Shadow. Though his blood lust was taking over his mind, he
managed to get out one phrase, "Need blood....O negative if you
can get it....hurry..." With that, Gabriel's pupils dilated and
he tried to get at Shadow.

Shocked, Shadow weakly got off the bed, almost passing out again
when he was on his knees for a moment after climbing off the
hospital bed, cautiously walking to his best ability past
Mirrors, who was trying to get to him, and got to the door,
before falling against it and feeling too exhausted to go any
further.
He, however, tiredly shook a nurse's pinky and explained that
Gabriel needed O negative blood, or he would go bloodthirsty
until he had a sufficient amount of blood in his body again, the
black-and-crimson hedgehog nearly falling asleep against the
edge of the door of his and Mirrors's room as he did so.

The nurse only nodded before getting a blood bag and bringing
it, she of course took Shadow back to his bed before hanging the
blood bag on one of those rack things. She attempted to insert
a needle but as soon as Gabriel seen the bag he attempted to
pull it down from the rack thing. The nurse tried to speak to
him but noticed his eyes and ran for it. With that, Gabriel
broke free of his restrains and grabbed the bag. A blink of an
eye and that bag was torn open by the vampire bat's three inch
fangs. He gulped it down, sighing a bit as that had stated his
thirst for now. Gabriel looked at Shadow, looking down a bit
before whispering, "Sorry you had to see that, one of the main
reasons I can't reveal anything other than my name. Promise you
won't tell anyone....please." His eyes were almost back to
normal, still had a tinge of black in the sclera and the bloody
red hadn't left his irises.
