       Rules (New Members Please Read)

       - Be respectful to your fellow role-players; The Torch Zone is
       meant to be a fun and stress-free environment.
       - Try to be unique. No one is particularly fond of a 'Mary Sue',
       so try and give your character a bit of that 'one-of-a-kind'
       feel.
       - No god-modding, meta-gaming, or copycat characters. It's no
       fun when someone acts like a god, and it's not fair to the other
       members.
       - Don't force relationships, ask the person first.  This can be
       done in a personal message, discussed in a Skype call, or
       however you wish to communicate.
       - Please do not cause IRL drama, or confuse "In-Character" with
       "Out-of-Character". If you cause drama, you will be warned. If
       you ignore your warning, you may be given a temporary posting
       ban or Shoutbox ban. Don't ruin the fun for your fellow members.
       - Don't fear the Admins and Mods; we're people just like you,
       and we won't ban you without good reason.
       - You are free to make accounts as needed for your characters,
       but you do not need a separate account for NPCs, Supporting
       Characters, or Teams. If they do not fall into those three
       categories, however, you will need to make an account for the
       character.
       - All characters must be reasonable; even Gods or Goddesses. For
       instance, you can't have a character that is faster than the
       speed of light. It's not fair to the members who try to have
       more balanced characters. If you do not know if something is
       balanced, message me and I can help you.
       - You can not force-kill other characters; this falls under
       god-modding, and will not be accepted. Okay? Okay.
       - Try to keep things PG-13 or 'T for Teen'. It's okay to be a
       little gruesome, but let's not have things like explicit sex; if
       you're not sure if is accepted under this rule, just ask and we
       can help you tone it down.
       - Be patient, people get busy IRL. The 'What If' section is
       around for this reason.
       - Please use proper grammar and spelling; that means no text
       talk, please. It can be hard to read, let alone understand.
       Using proper grammar and spelling reduces the confusion. More

       - You can't just 'have' a Chaos Emerald or artifact. You will
       have to find them, and some will be guarded.
       - Have fun, this place is meant to be a place of relaxation and
       enjoyment.
       (Additionally, Sonic Spotlight RP is not to be mentioned.
