Tails patted Shadow awkwardly on the back when he announced he
didn't like being around large crowds and that Rouge was a
terri.. Terri? Terrible chef? Probably if he was about to be
       sick.
Tails gritted his teeth and his fur stood on end when Shadow
vomited up a bit, and when he was asked for help, Tails panicked
slightly, he hadn't been here before, he didn't know where any
       trash cans where.
But then Ajax and a maid stepped in, Tails patted Shadow on the
back again, with a bit more comfort this time, "Get it all out,
it's best too, you'll feel better afterwards" Speaking of
feeling better afterwards, Shadow dropped to the ground like a
       sack of potatoes.
But Shadow was handled by Ajax and Gabriel, so Tails took this
time to give them a wave and a nod before going back inside
towards the dining area, hopefully Shadow would return later, he
       could talk to him then.
The two tailed fox soon reached the dining area, following the
sound of the other's voices, he wandered in, a big excited smile
on his face as he scanned his surroundings, this place was huge!
       Well crafted too!
Maybe he should find a time where he could have a chat with the
builders and mechanics of the place, that'd be interesting.
His ears went up when he spotted some familiar faces, and he
smiled seeing friends, but he smoothed his hair seeing Fiona.
He walked over to her and the rest of them, his two tails
wrapping around Fiona's waist and pulling her close, "Sorry I'm
late" He laughed after letting her go, the tail wrapping was
suppose to surprise her, but that was up to wether she saw him
come in or not. "What have I missed?"

Natasha raised an eyebrow for a moment as Nari called for her,
turning to him with an expression of wonder as she saw him with
the echidna following closely behind. "Nari, this is quite an
opportune time in fact; one of the guests has unfortunately
gotten sick..." She took a moment to look at the girl, hands
placed atop on another on her stomach to show her relaxed
intentions. The queen was not at all phased by the fact the girl
was a rogue; some of the best alchemists were rogues.
"You said she was 'brought in'... Am I to assume she was
committing a crime?" A second able healer was desperately needed
       now, regardless of who they where or what their past was;
everyone could become an ally, and this echidna would no doubt
be an invaluable asset with such skills. "May I also ask your
       name, dear?.."

"She was out loitering around the castle walls," Nari explained
dismissively "Digging around for something or other."
The girl, however, did not reply right away. Her gaze shifted to
the side and towards the ground as she slightly fidgeted.
"...Kat," she finally murmured, her voice was quiet and soft.

"Well, Kat," the feline said equally as quiet, perhaps to
comfort the girl, "I'm sure you can deduce that my castle is in
need for a healer... If you would be willing to take that
position, I can assure you that you will be treated not as a
rogue, but a person of great importance and status. And... I
could arrange for ingredients for your alchemy, and a room to
practice your sorceries. Would this interest you?" Natasha hoped
the answer would be yes; she had a good feeling about this one,
that she simply needed a nurturing environment, and someone who
       appreciated her talent.

Again, Kat did not reply right away, though she met Natasha's
gaze this time. She had figured that she would have no say in
the matter as the guards brought her in through the castle gates
       - in fact, she was so sure she would have been thrown into a
dungeon by now. Not that it would really matter to her - it
wouldn't have been the first cell she would escape from.
However, the fact that she was being offered a role - a job - in
the castle by the queen herself changed a thing or two.
As of now, she was nothing more but a vagabond, wandering from
place to place whilst searching for various ingredients she
would need or needed at the time. She was able to survive on her
own for as long as she could remember, not bothering to rely on
others for obvious reasons. But this queen seemed nice enough.
Hell, she was willing to give her a home and compensate for her
materials as long as she managed the health and tended to the
ill servants. And Kat never once doubted her abilities as an
alchemist; her potions have never failed her before.
After what seemed like a long mental debate, the echidna girl
made a noise that sounded like a slight sigh. "...Alright," she
finally says "Just show me who is ill and I'll tend to them the
       best of my ability."

"Probably... and plus, thanks for helping Shadow. I just want
him to be okay and all.. Lori would get worried if she heard
Shadow basically got food poisoning or something like that while
he is here..." answered Tamwyn, deep blue eyes giving off a
worried glare as he followed Gabriel and Ajax through the
       castle.
This was, in a way, from Tamwyn's words a window to what could
be wrong with the back-and-crimson hedgehog...

Natasha smiled. "Thank you, dear." Quickly she continued along,
waving for Kat and Nari to follow as she made her way to
Shadow's designated room, where Ajax had already set him in bed
and left. She felt his forehead for a moment, frowning somewhat
slightly. "Here he is; please, it pains me to see a dear friend
ill." However, her ear twitched, as she heard something just
barely loud enough for even her to hear; no one else could pick
       up on it.

Blaze had became a bit concerned and excused himself from the
table as well. Veira being the curious ninetails decided to tag
along with her partner. Once they were a good distance from the
diner hall, he managed to catch up with the queen and some other
girl. An echidna....now that was someone you didn't see quite
often. Being the sneaky sort he is, Blaze decideds to ease drop
       on the conversation.

The black-and-crimson hedgehog's forehead would feel a little
hot, while his muzzle produced a feverish blush to it as he
slept on. He wasn't fully aware of being elsewhere than outside
of the dining area, but he was slightly coming to, becoming
       aware of other voices and-
He heard something. He didn't know or didn't feel good enough to
know what it was, but he definitely heard something...
His ear twitched, but other than that, the sick Shadow remained
asleep, breathing softly as a cold sweat started..

Kat approached the crimson streaked hedgehog, tilting her head
as her bright hazel eyes examined every possible angle. She felt
his forehead, taking note of the abnormal heat that came from
it, as well as the cold sweat that was beginning to develop. She
lifted the blanket and looked over his body for any open cuts or
gashes, but found none. That was good...He had a fever - an easy
fix - but in order for her potion t be successful, she would
need to know the origin of his ailment.
She went to her satchel, pulling out a mortar and pestle and sat
it on the nightstand next to the bed before turning towards
Natasha. "I need to know the nature of his ailment..." She then
asked "What was he doing prior 'till now? Has he in any extreme
cold or hot temperatures? Did he eat anything foreign or
spoiled? What were his symptoms before he was brought here...?"
