The Gluttonous Feline Queen

Natasha sat elegantly dressed in scarlet silk robes, the sleeves
gilded and intricate designs weaved throughout, a small,
beautiful crown adorning her head. She leaned to the side and
let out a dejected sigh, nibbling away on a pile of mochi
treats, stacked high at her side. No expense was too great for
the feline, who was content to simply sit around in her lavish
throne room. A jester was hard at work in front of her, trying
to amuse her with his dangerous stunts and displays; he managed
to get a smirk out of her every now and then, but she was
growing tired of his act.
She waved him off, crossing one leg over her other; "Enough. Go
on, take your leave. You've performed quite well, but I no
longer am amused." Hearing the tone in her voice, the jester
quickly nodded and left, not wanting to anger her; she was a
kind queen for the most part, he knew what happened to those she
didn't like. His quick departure made her smile, knowing that
her methods had made her subjects both respect and fear her.
"Hmm... What to do now?" She asked herself before shoving
another mochi into her mouth.

It had been a little time later when the doors to the throne
room opened. A young man - one of the servants - meekly walked
in, carrying a small box."It's arrived, m'lady," he says as he
walks down the long red carpet that led to the feline's throne.
However, just as he drew near to his queen, the box suddenly
jolted upwards, as if the contents was trying to break out.
Squeaking, the servant was quick enough to grab the box before
it could fall on the floor. He stood there, frozen, as if to
make sure that what ever was inside wouldn't move.
Unfortunately, the content(s) didn't want to cooperate, and the
box jerked upwards once more. This time however, the force was
strong enough to tear open the lid, where what appeared to be a
smart phone hop out of the box and began bouncing around the
room.
"W-wait!" the servant cried, chasing after the device "Stop!" As
expected, the device didn't listen, and continued bounce all
over the throne room at an impressive pace. The poor servant
could barely keep up with the device, as it outwitted him
constantly during the chase, almost purposely, putting on quite
the show for everyone else present.

The spectacle was something to behold as the servant chased down
the rogue device, causing Natasha to giggle uncontrollably at
the sight. She motioned for the guards to step in, who quickly
grabbed the device. "Thank you for bringing it to me, sir; and
thank you for the laugh, as well!" She smiled as one of the
guards brought the device forwards, kneeling as she stepped down
from her throne and plucked it from hands. The servant simply
nodded and left, glad that he had pleased her, even if it had
been done in such an embarrassing way.
"Quite the trouble maker, aren't we?" Natasha tittered as she
held the device up to her face, sitting back down. "Of course
you would be like that, wouldn't you Nari?"

The device remained quiet until the screen lit to life, a noise
resembling something of a metallic chuckle emanated from it.
"[Did you really think I was going to sit back and behave? I
think not.]" One could easily hear the smirk in the AI's voice
as he spoke, seemingly amused by his own mischief. Though, his
processors were in a slight scramble after all that bouncing
around...ah well - an easy fix. "[Well, I'm here now aren't I?
So...how may I assist you, Your Majesty~?]"

"There isn't much for you as of right now, but I need someone
competent to help me keep track of things and such. You're good
with numbers, right?" Natasha smiled as she set Nari down on the
arm of her throne, waiting for him to appear in his full glory
as she stuck another mochi into her mouth. "I invited some old
friends to join me for supper today, and it would be much
appreciated it someone helped me make sure everything was
ready."

"[Of course,]" Nari purred, emerging from the dock as he stood
next to the throne. The surface of his glasses shimmered before
holographic screens and a keyboard appeared before him. He began
typing a few things, glancing at each screen and examining the
data displayed on each of them.
"Just leave everything to me," he assures "I will make sure
everything proceeds as intended."

She smiled as Nari appeared in his undocked form, tapping away
at his holographic keys; Natasha knew she had made a good choice
with him. "Thank you dearie; it shouldn't be hard for someone of
your caliber to handle this." She crossed her legs and sat back,
looking to the doors in anticipation. Hopefully her guests would
arrive soon; she was quite famished, and the mochi was not doing
a good job of satiating her appetite, especially when she
thought of the feast she was having her chefs prepare.

There was the distinct sound of wings flapping, as if a huge
bird was landing outside. Sure enough if any guards
investigated they'd find the violet phoenix in a tree just
outside castle walls. In his hand was an envelope, unopened.

Dawn was next to arrive, descending down from the sky and landed
on the ground. Within her grasp was a letter and envelope; she
began to stroll over to the castle, a smile on her face for she
was looking forward to this small get-together with everyone.

Thankfully, the violet phoenix was expected; it would be rude of
the guards to not recognize Darkenlight as one of her majesty's
guest. Quickly they opened the gates to welcome him, and Natasha
smiled as she heard the outer gates part. "I think one of our
guests has arrived!"
Dawn, on the other hand, was quickly recognized as a princess,
and the guards bowed respectfully as she passed; a guest of
honor she was, in their eyes.
