As usual, the two came screeching into the deserted town. The
two really hadn't done much with it. But wuth the latest
revelation this was going to change... A lot.
Madness carried his beloved into her hut and set her down on
about the only serious chair the 2 roomed hut had. The Hedgefox
then went down onto one knee and kissed her hand before looking
back up at her. [I]"My precious Charolette. My beloved kitty
cat. My forever amazing girlfriend, and hopefully one day,
wife."[/I] Anyone who really knew Madness knew that he could
become quite the romantic when he got set off. [I]"A voice
sweeter than any honey that ever could be made. <3 Tell me my
dearest, what names do you have in mind for our future
child?"[/I]

before standing up. [I]"Hmmmm."[/I] taking a look around his
surroundings he seemed to have something on his mind. [I]"You
know something my beloved? I imagine we could make a much bigger
and better house if we worked together on it. We've got a town
of resources here after all, all to ourselves. I'm sure if we
put our minds to it. We could make a house that we'd both be
proud to raise our child in. What do you think sweetheart?"[/I]
he asked her.

[I]"You'll have to save it for later you two!"[/I] came a voice
before Madness could get out an answer. Fem came screeching to a
halt in the old abandoned town that the romantic duo had come to
utilise.
[I]"Madeliene."[/I] Madness was glad to see his female self
running up. After all he hadn't seen her since they ran together
and wound up in Knothole. [I]"What are you doing out here?
Nobody else knows of this town."[/I] he asked her. [I]"Your home
right?"[/I] she asked him, answering his question with a
question. [I]"Should work for a guy with a fan club!"[/I]
Madness' smile dropped, he knew exactly what Fem was referencing
at this point. [I]"They're back?"[/I] [I]"Isabella's bark is
unmistakeable."[/I] Fem realised she hadn't said anything to the
cat by her male self's side and thus turned her attention to
her. [I]"Madness' girlfriend I'm guessing?"[/I] she asked the
cat, a slight smile coming onto her face.

Charolette looked at the two, in extreme confusion of what was
happening. All the questions filled her head like, "What's going
on?", so everything made her really dizzy. And after hearing
Madeline's question she'd only nod in response."Uh..Y-Yes.."

Madness' ears dropped and he looked over at Charolette, sadness
in his eyes. He pressed his lips against hers in a kiss, scared
that it might be the final time he got to do so. [I]"I... Should
have told you about this sooner my precious."[/I] he said to
her, holding one of her hands with his. [I]"In my many travels,
I met a girl who fell in love with me. I don't feel the same way
for her, I never have, but she's persistent-"[/I]
[I]"Persistent? Try more along the lines of obsessed with
you!"[/I] Fem chimed in. Madness nodded. [I]"Madeliene is
right."[/I] he continued. Madness wrapped his other hand so he
was holding both of her hands. [I]"Charolette, you're the girl
for me. I know it in my heart."[/I] he then proceeded to kiss
one of her hands. Fem continued the story as she could see that
her male self was having trouble telling her. [I]"This girl,
goes by the name of Natasha, or, 'Tashie' sometimes, heads up a
group of five girls called the 'Madness Fan Faction' that are
constantly trying new ways to make Madness fall in love with
Natasha. Nothing's worked so far as myself and... ugh... His
anti, have constantly had his back when they've pulled something
new out of the hat. I don't know what they're planning this
time, but if time implies a plan's significance, then it must be
big."[/I]
[I]"Saving her life a few times hasn't helped either, but that's
what I do to follow in my father's footsteps."[/I] Madness said,
finishing the explanation. [I]"I'm sorry I didn't tell you about
this before now Charo my sweet. Can you forgive me?"[/I] he
asked her, going closer to tears with every second. He had it in
his mind that Charo might leave him over this, and he was
frightened of losing his beloved, very frightened.

"M-Mad...You don't understand.."Tears were forming in the
reapers eyes as well, now that she knew what happened it all
came back to her."I-I let them go..Alt kidnapped me and..It was
stupid of me to let them go..It's my fault!"Charolette shouted,
finally breaking into tears from the sadness that filled
her."I-It's all my fault..I was so caught in escaping to see you
again I couldn't think.."

Seeing his beloved burst into tears, Madness' arms quickly went
around his beloved cat, wanting to comfort her, to calm her, to
make her smile again. He felt useless whenever she was sad.
[I]"It's okay my precious."[/I] he said quietly to her, kissing
her cheek. [I]"You'll always be my truly beloved. I promise it.
<3"[/I]
Madness didn't know, couldn't know, [B]wouldn't[/B] know, that
in his currently aligned upcoming future, that promise would be
torn.
The skies around the planet suddenly darkened to the black of
night, turning any unlit areas into pure blackness. The sounds
of screams, snarls, and whirring metal drilling holes filled the
air. Whatever was suddenly going on across the planet was bad.
[B]very[/B] bad.
Mobius was about to face one of the futures it could face.
Madness could only watch, a sense of panic coming over him as
the skies turned to purple darkness. This was familiar to him,
his father had told him of the battles he'd faced against Dark
Gaia.
[I]"Dark Gaia!"[/I] Madness exclaimed. [I]"But the planet isn't
broken into pieces! We'd have felt the earthquake!"[/I]
The trio didn't have time to figure it out, the trio were not
alone...
[I]"Charolette. Any chance you can see in this darkness?"[/I]
Fem asked her.
