[Leung West] Homebound Adventures of Charolette and Madness

I can't find
that much on this area so i'd imagine it to not be on a mass of
land different to the majority of things. Now before anyone says
that Leung West was destroyed, so was Knothole, and look at our
main areas. All visits to Leung West by Madness and Charolette
go in this thread.)[/I]
It took the duo of Madness and Charolette about half an hour of
stop and start dashing, but eventually with the speed behind
Madness, they reached a settlement with an assortment of houses
and a large waterfall in which the town could be overlooked if
necessary. Madness took a deep breath when they halted to a
stop. [I]"Ah the Leung West Settlement. This could definitely
work."[/I] Madness looked over at the girl that he seemed to
have somewhat fallen in love with. [I]"It hasn't been used for a
number of years, so I think that maybe we could solve your
problem of you not having a home, by setting you one up
here."[/I] he told her leading her towards what seemed to be the
centre of the area.

"Mad...You seem really tired...I'm sorry you had to go through
the trouble just to find me a home..."The reaper let out a sigh,
looking down slightly to the ground before her."You didn't have
to do this much for me y'know.."The reaper's ears flattened
against her head, was she really so worried about him..?Well of
course..The cat fell in love with him so why wouldn't she?"Leung
West...Are you sure about me staying here..?"The reaper would
ask as she tilted her head slightly to her right, she didn't
really know the place well so it would be hard for the cat to
understand where she was soon going to live."Hmm...I-I don't
know about this Mad..."

Madness let out a sigh at her uncertainty of the idea of her
picking out one of the homes in this abandoned area. [I]"Charo,
first of all, it's perfectly fine. For someone like yourself
it's worth all the trouble."[/I] he told her, he was now
beginning to smile. [I]"I picked out this place as I know that
it's still easy enough to get to Mobotropolis and Knothole from
here. That and you have a variety of choice. Plus..."[/I] he
seemed to just clam up for a few seconds or so. What was he
thinking? [I]"Plus i'm thinking about potentially setting up a
home myself around here. Just for those times when I run out of
steam and need to collapse onto something safe. Nobody seems to
come up to this village, I only know about it because I ran into
it once before and it was the first to come to mind when I
needed to find you somewhere."[/I] he then shook his head.
[I]"Of course I guess I can understand if you don't really want
to have a home here, a strange new place and all, but you can
adapt surely?"[/I] he asked her.

it!"The reaper said with a bright smile, going up to him to give
him a hug, and a tight one at that."T-Thank you Mad...I really
appreciate what you have done for me..I really do...I-I'll pay
you back somehow I promise..!"The reaper would say, loosening
the hug with that same smile*"Now...Which house to stay in.."

Why did he get the feeling all along that it was going to work
to say that?
[I]"I'd say whichever ones we both pick are going to need a bit
of cleaning up. Though the inhabitants have left the houses as
if they were just snatched up in the middle of the night,
they'll have dust and cobwebs and the like to deal with. I say
we help each other on this one."[/I] he suggested to her.
To be honest, he quite liked the idea of living close to her.
And helping her out with her day to day matters didn't sound off
to him either.
It meant he got to see her.
The huts of the area varied between huts and houses, some of
them as simple as brown huts made of wood and with no door, but
others seem to have more structure, 3 of them were made of
bricks, one painted red, one painted yellow, and the third was
painted black. Only the red one still had a door though, and
that one was barely attached to the structure.
[I]"Ladies first."[/I] Madness told her. [I]"I know none of them
are full scale brilliant. But if there's a better place to get
homes, I haven't found it yet. Take your pick Charolette. ^^

reaper would giggle and brightly smiled, but though a sudden
memory of destruction caused her happiness to stop, her holding
her head in slight pain."A-Agh..N-No..."

door."[/I] Madness led her over to and inside the hut. [I]"Don't
worry, i'll probably be picking a hut next to yours so that we
can- ohhhh."[/I] True to what he had been expecting, inside the
hut was a mess. A few things were broken here and there like
there had been a bit of a struggle from the past owner. That and
there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. [I]"The fruits of years
of absence. Dust and cobwebs. Charo you might want to stand
outside and clear of the door. I'm gonna kick up a dust storm to
get rid of all of this."[/I] he told her.

"G-Go ahead.."The reaper took a step back, but the painful
memories would strike again, destruction...Power...It all came
back to the reaper, but upon realizing she was still around
Madness she didn't wanna shed tears, not yet at least, so she
built up her courage and stood tall just for him.

After a few seconds a cloud of dust and cobwebs went flying out
of the door, good thing Madness had told Charolette to be clear
of the door, otherwise she'd have been caught in the thick of
it. [I]"Okay it's cleaned out!"[/I] Madness called to
Charolette. A lot of the smaller items around the hut would have
been found to have been moved. Madness had indeed had to grab a
lot of the items as he dashed around kicking up a wind so as to
keep them from falling and smashing to the ground. He couldn't
really talk to her while she was still outside of the hut and he
was inside though.

"G-Good..!"The reaper attempted to force a smile, but would fail
as soon as she tried, seems like those memories were really
hurting her at the moment.And so the reaper would hide her face,
just to let the tears flow without Madness knowing.Her heart
ached and her body trembled, hugging her tail tightly to her
just to get her to stop.
