Creek crossing trails

If looking on a map or while out scouting or hunting. You can
walk the edge of a creek side and you fine once you come to a S
bend or even just a bend in a change of direction you can just
about always find a trail that deer seem to use year round and
can be a good spot to ambush during the cursing of the rut. But
beware the wind can swirle in those places pretty good and then
the thermals will get you in the evening. I would hunt them more
in the morning up into the afternoon then drop down for a
different location for a evening hunt where you could watch the
falling thermals unless this crossing has a good place where it
could be hunted all day. I will get some examples of some
crossing up soon. If you have a good example please share.
