       This is regarding an intersection on the outskirts of the city
       I've had under observation for a number of months. An accident
       involving three cars takes place at the same time every
       Wednesday evening, like clockwork. Same car models, colours,
       licence plates, and sequence of events repeats itself, following
       with the aftermath and recovery, until everything returns to its
       original state. Confirmed, catalogued, and recorded.
       This area is mostly, if not completely uninhabited, with no
       active businesses or populated buildings as far as I can tell.
       However, despite minor tampering for the sake of
       experimentation, nothing mundane I've done has had an affect.
       I've marked black ink into the arid wooden power lines to ensure
       impossible removal. Yet, they remain completely untouched the
       following week, despite the ink seeping deeply into the fibres
       of the poles. I've tried leaving inconspicuous items behind as a
       marker, they disappear, and various other similar experiments to
       no avail.
       I have no possible explanation for this at this time. However, I
       am open to feasible explanations for this phenomenon.
       Overall it is neutral and benign in nature, if not jarring, but
       I don't encourage interfering with the accident itself unless
       you want to become part of it. The situation is unfortunate, but
       cannot be stopped. The only additional information I can provide
       is that this accident originally took place a number of decades
       ago
       Recently however, I have become bored and lost interest, and am
       no longer pursuing this Event. Feel free to observe this for
       yourself and come to your own conclusions. I have moved onto
       more important matters.
