       Welcome to the Sovereign Report.
       Here we discus topics such as personal sovereignty vs. State
       sovereignty, National topics that relate to sovereignty or the
       lack of it and how your power has been  subverted and taken from
       you.  The whole point of this forum is to generate intelligent
       discussion and create exposure to the things that the mainstream
       refuses to examine.  This is not a forum for millennials or
       snowflakes.  Buckle up things are going to get interesting.
       A few rules:
       1)  Do no harm! If you must call someone out, do it
       respectfully.
       2)  cussing is permitted within reason, lying, deceiving and
       bullying are not.
       3)  Appreciate that others may have an opinion different from
       yours.
       4)  Stay on topic
       5)  Share your knowledge. Don't hold back in sharing your
       knowledge as long as it's on topic
       6)  No Spam / Advertising / Self-promotion in the forums
       7)  DO NOT ASK for email addresses or phone numbers
       8)  Do not PM users asking for help
       9)  Be DESCRIPTIVE and Don’t use “stupid” topic names
       10)
       Becoming a moderator
       All moderator applicants must be a member for at least 90 days
       (3 months) and have at least 100 posts.
       You must be active in the individual forums you wish to moderate
       and regularly create and respond to threads in those forums.
       You must also maintain a working knowledge of the subject
       matter.
       Please be aware that applying to be a moderator does not
       guarantee acceptance and that moderators will only be appointed
       when needed.
       Current moderators and administrators will review applications
       and decide if the applicant fits the desired post.
       Administrators have the final say and we reserve to right to
       refuse applicants with or without cause.
