Sovereignty: Who has it and what is it?

A majority of the people do not understand what personal
sovereignty is or why it is important. There is a vast
difference, you could say a world of difference, between
personal Sovereignty and fictional or state sovereignty. In the
real world, only people can be sovereign, fiction can never be
sovereign. Sovereignty is the supreme authority, there is no
higher source of authority, you are the power that rules your
life! Fiction cannot be sovereign as its very nature (having
been created) means that it is subject to its creator. In the
fictional realm, fiction is the highest source of authority, in
fact, almost everything has to be converted into fiction to
exist in that world. Including you!
The Law Of Nations says that the state is sovereign and that the
people are subject. The very premise of that document is wrong
therefore the entire document is born of fallacy. All these
people claiming to be created, don’t have a clue what they are
confessing to. I am a natural-born man! I am the product of a
natural child-birthing process, not a creation. The fictional
name and legal personality were created but I was born. To
confess to being a creation is to confess to the fiction. I am
not a fiction therefore I am not subject to the fictional realm,
I am subject to the natural world. The legal system is a
creation (that I had nothing to do with) and cannot make laws
for a natural-born, living sovereign man, it does not make laws
for me, nature does! Other creations that have no power or
legitimate authority over me are the church, religion,
gods...all of them, the spiritual realm, all institutions that
derive their authority from these fictions such as courts and
governments and all the institutions under them. You see, you
all “believe” that you are subject to these institutions
therefore you are, I know that I am not. That is the difference
between me and you! Why do they require our consent if they are
the “de-jure” authority? You have given them consent in many
ways, we all have because we didn’t know how this system works.
They (The Crown) created a “system” to govern you and you
thought, for some reason, that that system was yours. Curious,
that is. Why do you think that? Did the Crown give it to you? Is
there a document to that effect? There isn’t.
This is the difference between, authority of and authority over
you. For them to exercise their fictional authority over you
they require your consent, and you gave it to them. Now you have
NO power or authority. Bitching, complaining, and protesting,
are all devices of slaves who don’t like how short their chains
are. I suggest that you stop being slaves and start thinking
about taking on the responsibility of creating your own system.
You see, there is nothing wrong with creating fiction, we do it
every day, we are creative beings it’s perfectly natural. Where
we get into problems is when we don’t understand the true
relationship between yourself and the fiction you created. Your
creation is subject to you, you make up it’s rules, you
determine what the words mean and how to use them. You design
everything in it. Does your creation rule you? Of course not. So
why would you let someone else’s creation rule over you? Yet you
all do it! Is there anyone else who can see this? The difference
between factual sovereignty and fictional state sovereignty is
of great importance to us. Factual sovereignty is the power and
authority we have over our own lives and decisions with respect
to our own rights, while fictional state sovereignty is the
legal fiction which has been created by government and other
corporate entities. In this way, we can see that our true
authority and power over our lives lies within ourselves, and
not with the external authorities that have been established. We
can exercise factual sovereignty over our lives by understanding
our rights and using them to protect ourselves from those who
would seek to exercise authority over us without our consent.
We have been conditioned to think that we are a part of the
fiction created by the state, but this is a false assumption. We
are the creators of our own destiny, and by understanding the
difference between factual sovereignty and fictional state
sovereignty, we can take back our power and authority. Factual
Sovereignty is the natural power and authority of every living
human being on earth and it is this power that must be
recognized and respected. Fictional state sovereignty is the
power or authority you give to the state, or someone else by
your consent.
Or are you all feeling the same way I’m feeling, like a bunch of
slaves who have no clue that they are slaves? The difference
between factual sovereignty and fictional state sovereignty is
very important. Factual sovereignty means that you own yourself
and cannot be owned by anyone else. Fictional state sovereignty
is merely the presumption that the created fiction of a state
has the authority to govern you.
Is there anyone else who can see that there is a difference
between factual sovereignty and fictional state sovereignty?
Factual sovereignty is the authority that each of us has over
ourselves, while the fictional state sovereignty is the
authority the fiction of the state has over us. Factual
sovereignty is the only true authority we have and it should not
be taken lightly. When we recognize our own factual sovereignty,
we become empowered to create our own systems and systems of law
that honor our truth and give us the freedom to live as we
choose.
The truth is our factual sovereignty is something that cannot be
taken from us. It stands beyond any fiction, any man made
system, or any rules that we may invent. It is only with this
factual sovereignty that we can make a meaningful choice about
whether or not to accept the fiction of State sovereignty. We
can choose to accept or reject it.
