       New Ranking System [ Important! ]

       A new ranking system is being implemented today! Keep in mind
       that I keep notes on all players, and none of you are being
       demoted. Ranks are simply being restructured and renamed. Some
       ranks serve different purposes than they did before, and some no
       longer exist. Please read the document carefully, it is designed
       to be clear and specific. Ranking operates based on a
       progression that splits into three paths for IC members, OOC
       members, and IC associates that are not part of the guild.
       After reading the document, speak to me with any questions! It
       will take a few days for me to correctly place everyone.
