       Guild Changes for 2016

       Heya!
       In order to restore an active RP environment to The Silent,
       we're going to be returning to an RP and Social Guild structure.
       This means we'll be recruiting OOC members and members without
       IC interviews, and allowing them to progress though OOC ranks,
       until a time comes that they want to join our guild story.
       Throughout this next month our recruitment is going to be
       dramatically increased, and then slowed once we have a medium
       active crowd on in the evenings (six to ten people on evenings
       without events).
       IC members will require a forum introduction of some sort in
       order to advance or progress in rank. This can be a post in any
       of the prompt boards, a character-introduction under the
       introduce yourself board, etc.
       I am looking for officers and senior members to aid me by
       leading events and inviting new members to RP. The intent is to
       bolster our RP-presence in the Catacombs and Stormwind, and make
       RP available throughout the day to those that wish to RP with
       fellow guild members. If you wish to lead an event, please let
       me know.
       In addition to this, senior members and officers should
       continue to be active on the forums. Post a story idea, a bit of
       art, or a journal!
       I will be attending to recruitment, but officers and members are
       still encouraged to direct an interested individual to me for an
       IC interview.
       Once our core Rp-base is again large enough, we will be
       proceeding into several heavy-story event series. At the moment,
       we are running simpler shorter events to encourage new members
       to involve themselves in the RP.
