getting a lot of docks and warning due to our excessive rule
breaking, we'll be having a practice featuring RULES. Please

Okay, I'm doing this in the middle of lunch so sorry for my
random disappearances. We'll be starting off with the super
basics because I'm hungry.

How many times can Chaser's score during a match? How about
beaters? And how many times can Keepers block?

4 times, and Keepers can block 6 times.

The idea is right, but there's no 'w' in 'Chasers' and they can
actually score as much as they'd like, given there's enough
questions and it's not answering for the other team so no score,
sorries. ): Also, you'll have to put [*color=deepskyblue] for
your color to show up here.

During a rec match, does everyone on your rooster have to be on
your team?

from different teams, but it is advisable that you use a
different team name.
(and I calculated it given that official matches only consists
of 20 questions)

And Crescent...hmm. Rec was short for Recreation match which,
like you said, may be composed of people from other teams. I
can't find anything about using another name which leads me to
think you were talking about Pickups...but since this is my
fault for not being clear, I'll give you the points anyways.

before a Chaser's post or a non-blocked Chaser's post - correct
or incorrect.
(I'm actually thinking that since it's not actually a complete
teammembers-only team, I don't think it's advisable to use the
team name...isn't it? Like using the name Rictusempra, but
there's one person who's not from Rictusempra, just saying.)

Example 2: very long answer.
Answer: Magical Theory is a book available at the Hogwarts
Library. Flourish and Blotts bookstore has this book for sale.
Hermione Granger owns this book and it is usually stored in her
school trunk. It was written by Adalbert Waffling.
