Wins - do they ever happen?

It has now been several weeks of dipping in and out of running
this set. I started off very keen, but there has been no sense
of a 'win' or a resolution to anything through running this.
Hence, the commitment to continue is reducing - I have focused
on reading the full set of books (thanks Pete!) to retain my
interest. Can anyone offer any advice here, I am still quite
sure that this set of processes holds great value - but, I'd
like to know how to unlock it for myself.
What noticeable positive changes have others experienced on
       Level 2?
Is it that I am not gaining wins, a signal that I am done on 2,
or that I haven't actually got out of 1...?
       Many thanks again! :)
       MJH

       Hello,
Every session should be a win. If you are not feeling better at
the end of each session then when you started the session then
something is not happening during the session that should be
       happening.
Are you running sufficient RI? You should feel very good and
alert after each time that you run RI. When I did Level two I
needed to spend twice as much time doing RI as I did running the
process. For example I might spend 15 minutes doing RI at the
start of the session, 15 minutes doing the Level two process and
another 15 minutes doing RI at the end of the session.
       Regards,

       Survivor, hi!
       Thanks for the reply.
What kind of win should be achieved at this level?
Can you please offer an example of something - maybe I am
expecting something else and missing the win...?

Level 2 is there to reduce the compulsive game condition with
the mind so you can image that the intensity of change and
change over time are directly related to how serious the games
       condition is for that person.
So i guess do not get hung up on trying to be aware of progress,
instead make sure you do your sessions well by doing RI when you
start, do your level you are at (and sometimes do RI when you
feel you need it) and end your session with RI. It might make
sense to write down session notes which might be useful to see
'progress' over time (and this can mean months or even years).
It is like physical exercise, building muscles, getting
stronger, this can take years, in the beginning your might not
notice any changes whatsoever, but consistency, doing your
exercise routine after months and years you suddenly might look
in the mirror and go 'whoa i see some good changes'.
Note: For me it was hard to see my own change, instead i had
comments from others telling me that i was progressing a lot.
Self progress is most of the time hard to see so don't bother.

       Hello,
Get the small things right, pay attention to detail and the big
things will take care of themselves. If your sessions are not
productive, try rereading everything that Dennis has to say
about Repair of Importance and Level Two. Sometimes rereading
material after practical application will give a different or
expanded understanding. Do the sessions exactly as Dennis
       recommends.
As to “wins”, yours may be very different from mine as we each
of us bring different life experiences to the situation. To some
extent the feast we enjoy depends upon what we bring to the
table. I will say that if you continue with TROM you had better
get used to the idea of spending a lot more time being happy.

The last few nights, I've been running Lvl2 on people and
noticing changes to my internal responses.
I did have another interesting effect on this process I'd like
       to share:
As I was dropping off to sleep, I was mentally running through
things from the day. I'd been cleaning up a workshop for my
father and in the evening I suddenly experienced a shock and
negative set of physical responses when thinking about a
particular machine, for some reason when thinking of it, it was
turned on and my hand got caught in it causing quite an accident
(to be clear this did not happen in reality!). I started to run
Lvl2 on the hand in the machine - within spotting 3 differences
the physical response was eliminated and my attitude and
thoughts of the machine and my hand were reduced to 'matter of
       fact' ideas.
So, a win for Lvl 2!

       Hello :-)
Dennis talks about "change occurring" while running a process or
doing RI. Is that what you mean by a "win" - when no more
change is occurring and perhaps you get some more enlightened
       ideas or feel better?
I know change is occurring when there is some physical (somatic)
or emotional stuff that comes up; after that the tension or
whatever lessens and whatever was important is now less
       important in some respect.
       Does that help?
