       Video Sessions with Paul Adams, The Yawn Guy

       This a.m., getting into doing RI, so I asked myself what do I
       consider important and the answer was the unravelling of the
       mind.   Recalling the Yawn Guy's YouTube two-part video
       regarding the mind I plugged into it and ran both parts with
       some good understandings and plenty of yawns and laughter.

       Note:  When using Pete's or Paul's automated session prompts I
       sometimes use them simply to jumpstart me into my RI session,
       not listening to the whole recording.   Other times I stay with
       the recordings until the end and then go into my Level 2
       session.
