How I handled my enturbulating environment

BE ADVISED that the following is NOT strictly Dennis Stephens'
work but a process I came up with based on fundamental TROM
       principles.
Do NOT attempt this unless you have flattened level Four.
Also, you try this at your own risk.
Lastly, the following is for those familiar with advanced TROM
and have listened to the lectures, particularly the passage on
       "Erase the Dog".
I have been struggling to keep Present Time Problems off of me
during session. I have found myself wandering off into the
complications of my daily life and the enturbulating terminals
in my life, getting into arguments with them in my head, trying
to figure out what to do about each of them, etc.
So, I decided to run "Erase the Dog" on each of the
       enturbulating terminals in my life.
I got good results at first, but still, there was SOME residual
upset, so I cycled through each of the terminals again, and
       still found charge.
RI was terribly difficult to run, and would sometimes last more
than an hour, with my mind drifting off to my upsets with these
       terminals.
My first refinement of the "Erase the Dog" process was simply to
run to know, to not know, to be known and to not be known as the
purpose of each terminal, then run my own purposes of each one
of the four "to know" legs on them.
       THAT got very good results.
But I said, wait a minute.... Why don't I just run the eight
classes of overwhelm for each terminal?
       This is how it went....
-Get the idea of Mother-in-Law forcing to know
-Get the idea of preventing mother in law from being known.
-Get the idea of mother in law preventing me from knowing...
       and so on.
Now I did NOT run it like a junior universe at level 5C which
would be more like, "Get the idea of being forced to know mother
in law" or putting up a postulate in a mass of "mother in law
must be known" and me postulating "I must know mother in law".
       See the difference?
I ran through the eight classes of overwhelm JUST ONCE and got
the charge off, but to be safe, I cycled through them again, and
there was no charge on the second run. And this was true for
       three other terminals I ran.
Now, this part is of utmost importance....
You see, it wasn't so much I wanted to erase mother in law
completely from my mind (like I wouldn't know who she was if I
saw her) so, when I ran RI, for when I did "Create an
importance" I mocked up Mother in Law in front of me, behind me,
to the side of me and so on.
Then on "Have another create an importance" I had Mother in Law
blowing bubbles in front of me, behind me, and so on.
After doing the four terminals in this fashion, I ran level four
again, and there was no charge on anything.
Having cleared up these upsetting terminals from my mind, I was
able to get back on to level five and it's been running well
       ever since.
The "to know" goals package is the only package able to bring
about erasure. It was too soon for me to do Level 5C on all of
them, but since all four terminals were enturbulating me on a
daily basis, I had to do SOMETHING. And running the level four
eight classes of overwhelm reduced the charge significantly. I
don't even get that upset now when I have to deal with these
       four people in real life.
Also, after running the process on each terminal, doing my RI
with mock-ups involving that terminal, I didn't lose my
havingness on those terminals at all. They are there in my mind,
       but as innocuous mockups.
If you dare to try any of this, let me know how it went. And
keep in mind my warnings I made in the beginning of this post.
       ADDENDUM
I think one of the reasons that "erase the dog" didn't run to
completion with me using the technique Dennis described in the
lecture is because he was talking about an auditor running it on
someone else using an e-meter in session. This version could
work better with someone working solo.
I do remember trying "erase the dog" as it was written on myself
very early in my TROMing and it wrecked my havingness to the
point where even running RI barely helped, and I had to sort of
"reboot" my mind by focusing on simple facts like 2 + 2 = 4 and
saying the alphabet to myself. So, I DON'T recommend TROM
newbies try "erase the dog" or even this version of it. Flatten
level four at the very least.
