       Recently I have compiled a volume of lectures transcripts.  I
       not only did a full proofreading run on them, but also new
       notations, and illustrations. It also comes with an updated and
       more comprehensive glossary than previous transcripts published
       by others.
       Additionally, I sorted the lectures from easiest to most
       complex, later lectures building on what was talked about in
       previous lectures.

       with a webpage dedicated to each lecture which includes an mp3
       download with some lectures accompanied by supporting videos on
