       The content of that webpage will also be the first chapter of
       the upcoming new edition of TROM 2023 which is based on the
       annotated, illustrated online edition of the manual.
       As I have said before, TROM 2023 still has the entire text of
       the original manual, just rearranged in a logical study order.
       In other words, it doesn't overwhelm you by teaching advanced
       TROM theory before even telling you how to peform level one.
       That theory is towards the end of the book.
