       In the choking grip of endless strife,
       Where shattered spirits waged for life,
       A flicker sparked, a yearning plea,
       For respite from the misery.
       Words once poised like sharpened spears,
       Now melted soft, dissolving fears.
       The Imposition eased, a gentle yield,
       A battlefield where wounds were healed.
       Opposition waned, defenses fell,
       The desperate heart found peace to dwell.
       Concealed within a guarded core,
       A truth emerged, heard ever more.
       With trembling hand, the shield went down,
       A weight released, a lifted crown.
       No victory claimed, no battle won,
       Only surrender to the rising sun.
       Where conflict roared with fearsome might,
       The choice was made to seek the light.
       Voluntary surrender, a soulful grace,
       A haven found in ravaged space.
