RI change - Creating masses

I have a driving job, so I've occasionally been running RI while
doing so to try and get a full top off. Yesterday, as I was
trying to think of "things" to create, I had the realization
that it's just about creating masses. They are the
significances. So I tried, "create a mass" and boom, there it
was. I created a few more, of various sizes, and then it felt
effortless, I could shotgun them around me quite zippily. It
actually triggered an "energy field" sensation. (I don't know
what the sensation is but I feel it for various actions. It's
like the positive side of the prickly "body numb" sensation.)
Trying it as "other created" was a bit harder. I had to run the
process the regular way a while, build the momentum, before I
can do the same from an other's perspective.
Either way, I still have to go a few rounds of normal objects
before I can just work with masses. I have used this process to
create "energy bodies," and I plan to start using it with other
mental mass kinds of things to get better variety.

Hi,
Please, please, please don't ever do RI or any other TROM
exercises while driving! Dennis says so in the manual. But even
if he didn't, it's just common sense. You could trigger
something in your case that could lead you to an untimely
demise.
Glad you are having fun, but remember, in the context of doing a
TROM session, all you are really concerned about is getting into
present time, and making sure you have enough mental masses so
you are willing to part with some during a session of level 2,
3, 4 or 5 exercises, or to replace one's you've lost between
commands, at session end, and when the going gets rough.
Glad you are gaining confidence with the exercise, and I hope
you get lots of gains on level two!
