Just something that I realized when doing Level 2…. Before
starting we are unconsciously incompetent and when starting
level 2 we become consciously incompetent. At the end of level 2
we should be almost or at unconsciously competent (automatic).

I'm happy Level Two doingness gives one increased analytical
faculty - a better way of seeing things :)
You answered my question, "What is competency?" The closest
synonym was "professionalism". Being professional could most
certain be an automaticity - a bleed-over from a past existence
       learned competency.
An example I know of is this lifetime the reincarnation of Felix
Mendelssohn stunned the music teacher at a very young age.
What level of competency do you assess that at?

Dennis said, "... the joy of competency ... ", joy being an
       indicator :)
For example today I was joyed to learn something new that makes
me more able to bring better understanding to a particular
       field.
As soon as I wrote that last sentence I had a "WOW!" thought
about Dennis's work :) Did it give him joy?
