       My mind makes cleansing feel worse than the body actually feels
       it

       I do a lot of dryfasting and experience unpleasant de-tox
       phenomenon. When I do sufficient RI the mind is satiated and
       quiet and the cleansing effects are very bland - how the body
       feels it without the mental flak.
       Also "touching" the sensation particles is a release.
