Mental Masses resolve scarcity of importances

Going off what Dennis says,
"Left to himself he solves any scarcity by pulling in around
himself more old mental masses." -Dennis, TROM Manual
Thus, RI done completely and properly fulfills the need for
importances.

Cool. So I guess to not react it's good to have lots of ri.
Another thing I noticed is Dennis talks about that if the
anylytical mind does what the reactive mind does he will regain
control of the reactive mind. Thus ri and the command, "create
an importance" is actually doing anylytically what the reactive
mind does automatically! So doing lots of ri is Making you pan
determined instead of self determined. Or more specifically you
are creating situations of importance on purpose, rather than
letting the reactive mind do it by itself. This should do an
excellent job at quieting the reactive mind. It could be said
the sole purpose of the reactive mind is just to restimulAte
past importances.

Cory, I could have written that myself, thanks :)
After listening to Pete's description of having another create
something, for example a magician, I started doing RI a bit
differently, using archetypes. A personal archetype I hold onto
is The Writer. Another one might be profitably RI'd as The
Illuminati, etc., etc. I believe Carl Jung had a whole list of
archetypes.
I also have people I know create something and I find that does
the job too.

My impression is that I have 2 sets of archetypes:
The human body is created with a set of them, in use for it's
social life + mating + possibly other things.
The spirit (me) has his own which he has collected over time and
will evaporate with processing.
Sometimes there are strong similarities in these 2 sets, makes
for some grand confusions. Psychologists love to mess with such
confusions :)
I guess a few spirits are smart enough to never have picked up
these things.
But my body's set of archetypes is part of it's function and I
would never try to change that stuff.

As of this link:

I think I fall under "the innocent" almost purely except that I
don't have to do good as my only strategy. There is also another
thing cAlled the enneagram. Very similar here:

A good example of this separation and sometimes confusion of
archetypes is when - during a healing fast - my mind tried to
impose upon the body a template of another body type that had
some exotic biochemistry. When I cleared that out the body did
a huge salt purge right after.

all mass has weight , mental weight is physical wight too .
Taking weight off can give one a sensation of loss and the need
to restore the weight . Especially when allot of weight is
vanished .
Weight is weight. It's the same weight we see weightlifters
workout with but it's less density weight of the mind.
Touching weights and solids helps a little but the weight must
match or ber very close to the weight removed. The results of
not enough weight will result in the hault of progress.
Continue any exercise until no more change and run RI , if still
not flat and still no change no matter where you proceed, it
because the RI has not been topped off .

I've noticed that too. In fact, I saw one lifetime that the body
intelligence stirred up - that was not my track scene, but the
body's scene when it was a sulfur eating winged dragon. The body
pee'd out stinky sulfur crystals too.
